makes no sense combining auctions from Calgary to Edmonton.I don't want to waste my time searching items from another region.Taking a one thousand deposit just to see bids is ridiculous . . . not other auction requires this.Website and auction system is far inferior as compared to other auctions.MAAC was the first auction that I ever purchased from 15yrs ago . . . I feel MAAC has consistently gone down hill. . .Not typically a complainer. . . I just hope MAAC considers these comments and makes some effort to improve their customer experience.Regards

Dumping place for junk. They misrepresented the year. I purchased a 2014 it is a 2012. Did not disclose dammed that was known. Would not discuss my concerns. Also concealed damage. Purchased 5 rig mats. The one on top was like new. All others under were absolutely junk missing large areas.Once happy customer now will never return and will be telling everyone I can to stay away. I contacted the city of Calgary as it was their bobcat that was sold and misrepresented. They started they are not impressed and will be using other auctions.

I bought a truck at Michener Allen auction in Edmonton last month. The add said that it was for the truck and all of the contents inside the truck like in the pictures, but when i went to pick up the truck i noticed that there things missing inside and it had been completely rummaged through . Spoke to a guy named Bob after trying to reach him for the third time .He said that he would get back to me within 2 day's or so and let me know what they could do after investigating the video footage, but i did not get a call back. A week later i called him to find out what he was going to do about the missing items and he said I went through the footage and 20 or 30 people went into your truck

Just wrong, called in and talked with a sales guy SalesGuy :) "and asked about a specific item. He told me that the item would be fine and is not labeled with a company name. Guess what

Overall I was happy with the end result. There were issues with my purchase on the sellers side. When I complained about the issue they were more then happy to come up with a solution. I feel in my case they went above and beyond. Thank you

If I could give minus 5 star I would.I bought a car from them; they did not disclose the transmission was shot. I consigned with them to put the car back in and disclose, they put the car back in the action but put the odometer reading in from the mileage indicator rather than the kilometers indicator the buyer then thought he was buying a much lower kilometers vehicle these guys are not to be trusted

I wish I could give no stars. Worst auction company ever, they state that my vehicle had an engine noise on the ad for sale. When it was just a lifter tick that could have been fixed easy and there is nothing mechanically wrong with the van. Then they charge me 200 dollars to get my vehicle back out cause it didn't sell with any bids. Which nowhere in the paperwork did it say it cost me that much for them to have done nothing for me. Bunch of liars and people that don't know what they are doing.very upset with the result of a professional company. They are very judgemental and stated silly scratch on the door when there were other vehicles in there that had rust but they didn't even mention that. Co part is a much better auction company.

Lost me as a customer..the lot i purchased went missing" and I got blamed for it by the owner himself. wanted my money back and they offered me a credit and i said no. If I pay for something and I don't get what I paid for I want my money back in my account. I told them to keep it. Wasn't about the money it was about respect for your customers. bought items from them before and ended up non functional but this was the last straw. I would nt recommend buying from this place there are other options in Alberta."
