Beck Glass

I emailed Beck about repairing a glass front entry door which was rubbing on the stone tile. They responded quickly and had technicians on site within 48 hours. The technicians completed the job without requiring a return visit or trips to find parts, meaning they came prepared. Beck charged a fair price and did an excellent job. I will definitely be calling them next time I need glass work done and I would encourage anyone else to do the same.

Merle and his crew replaced the skylights in our condo and some windows. Their work was quality and fast. Great attention to detail. Glad our building's strata chose to work with them. Highly recommend them!

Terrible to deal with. Technicians would show up without any notice. I was also told by Beck Glass part of my glass was not covered. There were 2 layers of glass and one layer was broken. The broken layer would be replaced but the 2nd layer was unnecessary and if it broke during the change. It wouldn't be covered. Then on a few occations the technicians didnt show up. Finally months later when the technician showed by they were late by almost 2 hours from the original time frame i was told to be home. Beck glass even had the audacity to threaten they would charge me for the visit if no one was home when the technician arrived. I wouldn't recommend. Poor customer service.

Doug, was so professional and helpful dealing with our broken garage window. I highly recommend Doug and his company for all your window needs. My strata has also used them several times and are always appreciative of the fine work they do.

Doug H from Beck's glass and a helper came to repair my neighbour's glass. To do this, they needed access to my patio, which was arranged in advance. Friendly, professional, courteous. While there, they diagnosed a problem with my slider, fixed it on the spot. Classy company.
