Freedom Mobile

So, after 2 long years with Fido I decided to get a new phone and change carriers, as its a common knowledge that Freedom mobile provides one of the most affordable and user friendly plans. I decided to switch to Freedom mobile, I went to this location as this was the closest store to my current residence. I would like to specially mention the sales team lead Sahil for his excellent customer skills as he made the complete process a breeze for me. He was patient, polite, and very helpful in getting everything done. Also, his team member Cathy who assisted me in choosing the right phone and plan. I will surely recommend this store to people looking to switch to Freedom Mobile because of their excellent service.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased two phones and was promised that I would not have to pay the registration fee if I bought additional store products, so I spent over $120 on additional products. I was also promised that my monthly fee would be decreased by $5 for each phone if I purchased the phone protection plan, but that was not the case. When I contacted the store to inquire about these issues, I was met with nothing but unprofessionalism and hostility. They called me a liar and provided no assistance in resolving the situation. I would not recommend this store to anyone and advise everyone to be cautious when doing business with them as they are untrustworthy and unprofessional. My advice to you is just go buy your phone from apple store and save yourself from dealing with these low level people.

Had the most amazing customer service experience with Kelsey! Such a great help to my husband and myself after a not so pleasant experience with customer care over the phone. Kelsey went above and beyond her job to ensure all our needs were met! Our 1 year old daughter was also a big fan of hers!

Great location, great customer service. I went in and was immediately greeted by Ammar. He helped me with everything I needed including a new phone. He never once force me to buy anything I didn't need and was helpful every step of the way! He went above and beyond to help me save.The store was also getting crowded but never rush our transaction. Definitely recommend this location! Awesome job guys!

Last week I stopped by in search of a phone plan to use for work and I was amazed at the service I received. An associate by the name of Janice helped me pick out the perfect plan which ended up being a lot cheaper than any of the options I was looking at elsewhere. After this experience I think I'll be returning when my contract is up on my personal phone to switch to Freedom. Thanks Janice!

Navpreet Kaur is such an amazing sales associate!! When I first walked in today she was so kind and pleasant, she answered all my questions and eased all my concerns about changing my plan. Most definitely will be coming back here whenever I need consultations about phone plans!!

I came to this Freedom Mobile to upgrade my phone to the IPhone 13 Pro. They were very helpful, polite and efficient. I was worried I'd be spending my saturday afternoon dealing with a phone upgrade but I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location for any in-store needs with Freedom Mobile.

We went to three Freedom Mobile stores yesterday before we found the product we were looking for as the other stores didn't have it in stock. We are long-time customers of Freedom (since it was called WIND), so we have dealt with other workers before, but Sayan exceeded all of them. He was working at Freedom Mobile on Monday afternoon. He never made us feel rushed, took the time to explain to us the differences in the phone we were considering and the one we came in with. He patiently explained the different plans, answered our innumerable questions, and explained how we could get the best plan to minimize our costs and maximize the features. He didn't oversell us on a plan we could not afford. He had ideas we hadn't heard or considered before, and on top of it all, in only about 15 minutes, he transferred all the info on our old phone to the new one. It would have truly taken many many hours of varying degrees of frustration and phone calls/visits to the stores to figure it out. All the workers in the other stores said we'd have to do that on our own. He was a pleasure to deal with him. Sayan knows that customer service means giving customers what they need, rather than making us feel like we were just another sale to be rung up and kicked out of the store. Thank you, Sayan.

I had an excellent experience at this location with a customer service rep. today. Her name is Kelsey at the Colossus location. She spent two hours helping me get cell coverage for my apple watch. I had been trying to get coverage for the past month and was bounced from store to store and phone call to phone call with freedom at 611. All the previous people were ill informed and a total waste of my time.Kelsey was polite and super helpful. I truly appreciate her kindness. She solved this on going cellular coverage problem for my apple watch. The other sales representatives always directed me to 611 or another store or to the apple store. This was above her normal job description as it had to be corrected over the phone but she still made sure the issue was completely resolved before we left the store. For this I am thankful and believe she should be acknowledged.Thank you KelseyAnna
