Royal roadside best experience ever. My wife and I got into a accident one day during a bad rain storm these guys literally treated us like family made sure our vehicle was taken care of and also dropped us home and delivered a rental to our house. The owner was kind enough to even check up on us throughout the week to see how we were doing knowing we would be stressed out. I highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs roadside assistance not your usual tow truck driver looking for money. They’ll treat you like their own family! Keep it up guys

My SUV broke down on the 407. The OPP wanted me to take the first tow due to the weather rather than wait for my provider. I am giving 5* due to SAN’s service but not for price! I should have been more persistent on asking for price as I had sticker shock at close to $800 for a tow from 407 and Brock Rd to 401 and Brock st. However, SAN waited for me, then dropped me off at my hotel with my bags and then dropped me off at my place of work. He was respectful, polite and helpful.

Just had my truck towed today . Im very happy for the service I got from Royal Roadside Assistance I was told my wait time was hour and SAN showed up in 20 mins Also he was very friendly, polite and professional. Thank you. SAN and his team for Great customer service. Great rates. They went above and beyond for me..highly recommended for all your towing needs.

Not your regular tow truck driver you see these days, who are just out for your money! Just last week, I was involved in a collision, had my puppy with me. San made sure me and my puppy were safe and not traumatized before taking the next steps with my vehicle. Very polite and professional, handled things very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Royal Roadside. Excellent Service.
