Gold water Group is simply awesome. i have doubted anyone been able to fix the issue with the water system in my aunt's house after so many experts have tried it, it just keeps coming faulty, she has been having issues with the water treatment in her house, it has really pissed me off many times until a friend told me of Gold Water Group, as soon as i contacted them the response to service was encouraging and their analysis to solving the problem was clear, it was worth the payment. highly recommended

I have been issues with the water treatment in my house, it has really pissed me off many times and i have lost huge amount of money on all the different water treatment companies that i have called. I was glad the day a friend of mine introduced Gold Water Group to me, i quickly called them and they responded well to my call, we had an agreement and they came. I was really happy for the great job done, they fixed a new water filtration system for me which solved the whole problem of water in my house. Since then i don't have any water issues again in my house.Gold Water Group is the best when it comes to fixing water in your house or any where.Call them today.

Just had a good day with Roni & Dave. I would also like to thank the girl in the office who took our original call this morning. Once Roni got the message he contacted us to find out what we wanted. To make long story short we have dust/air problem in our home. Once Roni explained the problem to us and what could be done about it. We ended up getting a air system installed today.Awesome service and these two gentlemen are great.Five stars for sure

I bought a water system 8 years ago and was very happy to have good drinking water and a softener. I already had an iron remover which was in good working order and a good product at the time. The technician at the time recommended I keep it agreed to look after the maintenance on the iron remover along with a lifetime warranty on their product that included yearly maintenance. I’m sure it was with the possibility of replacing the iron remover with their product down the road which is fine if the product lives up to the promise. Fast forward to today. The iron remover stopped working and they did not maintain it as promised. They told me it wasn’t working so I called water depot who came the next day and replaced parts and got the iron remover up and running. Then the softener wasn’t working on its own. Gold water group came and took the head off of my softener almost three weeks ago, left pipes open that flooded the basement then returned and repaired head. I’m waiting to see if I have soft water in the morning. After paying a small fortune for a lifetime warranty only 8 years ago, nothing was covered under any warranty. Water depot offered a 15 yr warranty that they stood behind. I was truly surprised to get a bill when i feel it was negligence on their part that led to the breakdown of their product that clearly has no warranty after only 8 years. What part of lifetime warranty am I missing? This could have been avoided if they were truly checking the condition of the iron remover or have been honest and I would have had it maintained by water depot. Just looking for the straight facts of what I bought 8 years and over $9,000 ago.

Gold Water Group is the best in this water filter business. Not just these are very friendly during the installation process, actually these are very helpful and like to explain any of your water concerns. Every time my friends and neighbors are asking about water filter installation, I said you should call and consider Gold Water Group as your best options. It's been almost a month now and so far, I have been very satisfied with the water quality at my home, especially with the new baby we just had Spring last year.
