Have been shipping with Cardinal for over 3 years now and have been impressed with their service. They provide a unique service of delivering overnight so the Customers have their products first thing in the morning which is huge in our industry.Besides their drivers are very professional and very helpful , if we are not ready with our shipments , the driver goes out of his way to come back and scoop the remaining boxes.Their reps are always checking up on us so if there is something that needs to be sorted out , they are very responsive and it's taken care off in a timely manner.JosiahGreen Line Hose

Used to have great service. We've used them for many years. Lately there service has gone seriously down hill. Guaranteed 8am delivery has been as late as 2pm, or not at all.

Very unreliable courier company. We have no choice but to pray that this company makes their overnight deliveries so that I can service my customers the next morning. The big joke in my dealings with my customers is that when I tell them their part is being shipped Cardinal overnight then that means it will arrive a week later. Customer service is horrible. I understand the luxury of the business, but when their business model is based off that premise and we pay for it even when they deliver late, I expect that service to be fulfilled.

I rate them ZERO if posssible. The WORST courier company in Canada! Unfortunately, my company is tied to this. Friday is their favorite day to mess your shipment. They get a kick from making you wait for their reply when requesting for a trace. And they will reply, if they do, hours AFTER you get your package.Avoid this company like the plague.Pick AAA express, Lloyd express or DJA Logistics. They are more responsive, reliable and trustworthy.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Package shipped on 23rd June just from 85km away is still not delivered after 12 days! I wonder why Ontario province allows this scam couriers to operate. Why companies even use them considering such a terrible reviews and clear inability to deliver is beyond me. Especially that because of that I will not order from any company that uses Cardinal Couriers.

I will start by saying that Cardinal is often competent enough to get packages where they need to go on time. My company and our suppliers use them semi regularly. However, when they don't, their customer service is extremely frustrating to deal with. Can't get through to the right people and can't get a call back, even after making multiple calls and leaving multiple voicemails.

I’m very sorry that my supplier used this joke of a company. He dropped the parcel off at their depot on Tuesday along with two other parcels and mine is the only one that didn’t arrive. I gave them the benefit of doubt that they had missed the early morning delivery yesterday and gave them an extra day and now they have lost this important parcel costing me a hundred dollars a day. I am still waiting in limbo to find out what happened and would advise anyone to avoid this joke of a company. It’s unfortunate that S&S Courrier in Burlington was bought out because I never had an issue with them.

Our business had to stop offering overnight deliveries for parts because Cardinal never shows up. When they do show up which is rare, their driver tosses our parts in our box with no care at all. This company doesn't deserve even 1 star.

THE FIRST ITEM WE HAD AN ITEM SHIPPED TO OUR OFFICE, IT DIDNT SHOW UP, AND THATS OK. WHAT ISNT OK, IS WHEN WE CALL NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIND THE WHEREABOUTS OF THIS PACKAGE, NO ONE KNOWS, AND NO CALL BACKS - FOR ALMOST A WEEK. DO NOT USE CARDINAL COURIERS - HORRIBLE SERVICE.
