This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I called on Tuesday to make a reservation for Friday and they told me they will come between 9-12 in the morning. I waited and waited and they never showed up. I called them and they told me they would come in an hour -- of course, that is a lie! If I were you, do not bother with this place. I thought being a Plumber is an honest trade -- definitely not this company. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

I am so happy with the job done by Jodoin. The you man Mathieu did a great job. He was so courteous and professional.Afew weeks ago, I left a review saying that Jodoin told me that my job was too small. This was in 2006. Well, I take that comment back. I am extremely satisfied with this company and I will be calling them in the future for other jobs. J. Jodoin is our go-to plumbers, we would never use anyone else. Always providing reliable, professional work whatever plumbing issue there is, and at very reasonable prices. Our latest plumbing issue was resolved by Jean, who was courteous, resourceful, and informative. Highly recommend J.Jodoin.

He exceeded our expectations as he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and offered great advice. He worked efficiently and was extremely clean. definitely recommend this company

They were able to repair my ancient" electric boiler (hot water heating system) the same day I called for service. Have heat again!! and didn't cost a fortune."

their residential plumbing service is pretty badly run. I called on Tuesday to get an appointment. They couldn't confirm any time - and said they would call. They called back on Wednesday morning and seemed overly confused about making an appointment. Eventually they said they could come on Friday between 8 and 12. At 12, when they still did not show up, I called to find out that the plumber was sick and that I had to wait for some other plumber to finish a job. They couldn't tell me when that would be. How is this customer service??? They have lost my business for sure.

I sent an email on February 22nd to get an estimation for drain cast iron replacement (not small job) and more thinks. I got an reply email form Karine to call them, so I did so. They told me an estimator will call me, I waited two weeks to get the call but never happened so I called to ask, they had my information and they told me they will call. I called to see if there is an issue, they took my contact information and I waited again.The third time the apologies for the delay. It happened like 4 times. On April 12th, my last call, they told me they are not accepting new clients... after two months!Because I am new owner I just thought they were really busy. I start to think if it is taken so long to give me the call for the estimations I don't want to imagine how long will take to do the job. I guess I will never know if they could do it or their quality but this is a good example a bad and unprofessional costumer service.Update 4/14/2021Refusing taking on new clients is totally reasonable. What is not reasonable or professional is that a company tells you an estimator will call you, have to follow-up several times giving your info every time, and then, after 2 months, get told that the company is was not taking new clients like you should have know. Please review your records as, although is true you emailed back on the 23rd of February, I did not call until the 26th of February (twice, one for them to take my data and a second time to confirm I gave you my phone number) and again on the 3rd of March (called twice again to make sure all information was taken too), again on April 5th and finally on April 12th (this time with a different phone number).Finally, if you are not taking any new clients, maybe, when I asked for a reference for another company that works in the area, it would have been nice of you to provide it. It actually seems more like you are stalling and leaving me with little options so when you are free I will have to call you again, which obviously I am not going to do.I would have appreciated you taking responsibility, apologizing, and trying to be helpful rather than blaming the potential" client."

Although the camera inspection of the drain they purportedly performed was useless because their machine malfunctioned and registered no recording, they charged my credit card without my authorization anyways! They thought they were doing me a favor by crediting back the equipment rental fee, but still charging for several hours of labor, for work that had zero utility to anyone due to failure of their own equipment. I thought a discussion with the administration would lead them to recognize the abusiveness of their billing, but to no avail. I had to dispute the transaction and recover the fee from my credit card company. They feel very entitled to money, but when it comes to the quality of their work or honest billing practices, not so much.
