Awful experience. Michelle is the exclusive distributor for Para paints, but she does not know how to mix them. Different cans of the same colour yielded different shades. Our painter had to blend them all together to get consistency. We had to pressure her to come over to take a look and when she did, she changed her story several times in an attempt to explain the discrepancy. She never took responsibility and was quite argumentative and quite frankly, condescending. If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Horrible,horrible experience! I was set to purchase 900$ worth of decor items when they accused me of shoplifting soap Soap of all things! Had difficulty getting my deposit back what a humiliating experience! UnforgivableAwful!!!

Best designer in New west. Honest, reliable, attention too detaile was a big decision with us working with Michelle. Definatly the only advice ypu need on a home renovation. We left it all to Michelle's team and made out product choices as they were needed
