This must be the worst company on the planet. I spent 13 hrs. on the phone over the last few months trying to resolve a charge dispute only to receive notice that legal action will be taken soon if I don't dispute the charge. Crazy a company anywhere would be that incompetent.

Everything is excellent except for the initial setup I don't know much about these fancy-schmancy boxes I don't think I have a problem we've been doing my phone so everything is working well I can trade it any higher

Fick this company.I have had nothing but problem from day one. Being charged for a different thing every month your bill is supposed to be the same every month mine kept getting higher every month. I would make a payment screenshot my payment it goes threw my bank next month being charged double from a missed payment. Tried to call the store where I purchased my equipment you can't even get threw you have to call customer service everyone you talk to there doesn't speak English miss understands you, signs you up for thing's you didn't ask for which you find out on your next bill. When you go to the store the people rush you out and there's nothing they can do but changeyour plan for the next month and you still have to pay all these fees because that not their fault.

This is the worst company i have dealt with. Lied to several time and hung up on many times. Very poor to deal with.

Very unreliable service. Service does disconnect over 20 to 40 times throughout the day. We pay for the highest speed they offer and the most up to date modem and router. Working from home with every other phone call dropping is not the service we signed up for with comcast.
