Baaaaaad service!!! Holy moly!!! The front staff were swearing and acting in some kind of way!!! Never in my life have I seen such unprofessionalism! If that was my employee, she would be fired on the spot!!! May you find peace at some point in your life so you don’t need to yell and scream and swear at other people! Good luck xo

I don't like writing reviews, It makes me feel bad but I felt like I had to in this case. I went there with a friend a few days ago to get a certain item and was followed around the shop, when I asked to assistant to find it one of the ladies working there replayed. I went in this morning upset about my hair that didn’t do what I wanted. The associate, I believe her name was Linda, was so helpful! She gave me a better, more reliable brand, showed me colour swatches, gave me tips that’ll keep my hair from damaging as easy, and just overall was so pleasant to deal with! I’ve been to 2 other Sally’s in Calgary and I have to say, the 10mins I was in there made this easily my favorite location! I will be back, and hopefully when she’s there, let’s hope my hair does something right this time! Thanks for your help! :)

Front staff is beyond rude, overheard them talking about customers literally calling them “Ho’s” will never do business again here with staff constantly disrespecting paying customers behalf their backs. Grow up!

Friendly helpful staff & management. Convenient & clean location, lots of parking. Staff knowledgeable & quick to help. Lots of selection & tons of things to look through, including nails, hair and even men’s care, shavers & hard to find products. Hair dye, products and styling tools. Definitely recommend.

The staff, are amazing and have to deal with a lot, I’ve seen them handle a lot of abuse from customers. Everyone is still so nice after, I don’t know how they do it. One time a customer idled their car in the one way entrance so nobody could leave or enter the parking lot for 15 ish minutes facing the wrong way. the staff were disapproving as we all were. (I was With several old friends.) the customer was mad they were judge on their illegal park job, got their boyfriend out of the car and tried to start a fight with staff. The manager did an amazing job fixing the problem. I see both kris and his wife beat us to leaving a review. Five stars

Extremely upsetting situation with this location. I spent over $500 on my hair in April for my Balayage. I only needed to do a few highlights as my roots had grown out more than I like. I have done my hair for years with no issues. Went in the other day and was recommended a product I had never used before. Needless to say it was bad advice, not the right product, she said it would work as my natural color is not that dark. My natural color is nearly as dark as you can get. My hair barely lifted more than two levels on my roots and now I have yellow/gold hair along my roots. I now need to spend $425 at a salon to get it fixed. I contacted the store and told them the girls should not be giving advice on hair color if they have not went to school for this. The manager confirmed the girl who made the recommendation did not have a hairdressing background. The Manager's only suggestion was she would give me the products to fix it. Bad advice once why would I trust they would get it right this time. There should be at least one person in every Sally's store that is a colorist or hair stylist. I will be contacting Corporate as I should not have to pay for their mistake.

I came in today with fresh bleached hair that i did myself. She was so kind and helpful. Gave me no judgment and gave me very good advice & this beautiful lady named Brittany helped me with every singe request I had. This woman deserves a raise :) 110% recommend going to her for any hair advice :)

Tons of product and personable staff.

Sally's Beauty needs to really reach out and commend Raven (sorry if the spelling is off). She is AMAZING, professional and really knows what she is talking about. I had to pick up hair dye and she provided great service. I did reach out to hear earlier via phone to commend her and I anticipate Corp., office also follows up on reviews. Product was purchased under Ashley. Thanks again !
