Loudest apartment building ever. The stairs beside the wall people walk up and down are not insulated beside the suites so it sounds like a herd of elephants going up and down the stairs all day. Then there is the constant work being done 3-4 times a week for yard work. It starts at 8 am and goes all morning, they literally do work on grass with weed wackers all morning and it’s extremely loud and there isn’t even long grass to justify this happening. Thirdly for an apartment building with around 25 different suites you’d think you would have access to a decent set of washers and dryers, well that’s not the case. The washers and dryers are from 1980 and wash clothes horribly and they are very small you can hardly fit a laundry basket of clothes into one. Lots of things could be fixed about this apartment building, but yeah keep on raising the rent kelson group your definitely making these places better to live with all your improvements.
