Parking enforcement here are a little bit overzealous, they will ticket you if you are 15 min late. It must be a great money maker if they can patrol the lot that much. $5 for 2hours. Cheaper then downtown but with a lot less choice. I will never come back to this place again.

Nightmare parking situation. Pay parking does not accept debit cards and uses a proprietary app. Parking is $7 for 3 hours! Not even a real mall with no indoor shopping and no public bathrooms. Street parking is always completely full, so the closest available parking spot is a 10 minute walk through the sketchiest area ever. Staff are not friendly.

Nice little mall with good verity of shops and restaurants . Its got a movie theater . Its next to the Canada Line. Its got a parking lot. And condos on top .

Great facility with a low cost, definitely would recommend the group studio classes. These are pictures from 3 PM on a weekday. Love working out here.

In general, it’s a great area with plenty stores. But there was a very strong garbage smell when I walked pass by the corner of the Shoppers and that’s not a good experience.

Great addition to the neighborhood.Transit connections, restaurants, movie theatre, pharmacy, coffee shop, medical offices, vet clinic and more!There's paid, underground parking. Redeemable if shopping at TNT.

Very bad phone signal in the underground parking! Be aware if you need you phone in the parking lot. Spent one hour to unlock the evo rental car because the car also went offline :(

Various eatery, movie theatre, grocery store, and transit hub.. paid underground parkingThere are different parking zones for various restaurants that might reimburse your 90 min parking, same with TNT Supermarket (Green Zone) if you park in the spots that is not in the zone, the machine won’t let you go further.

This vibrant place has been designed for urban living and work office along with the standard size mall, this area has a direct access to CanadaLine for Airport and Richmond, On the other side to Downtown. There are lots of stores like T&T Supermarket, Winners. There is CinePlex Theatre, TD Canada Trust, ScotiaBank. Pizza stores like Fresh Slice and Panago. Lots of cars showroom like Nissan, KIA and Honda are on the walking distance. There is a starting point bus stop for Multi Route along with Sky Train Station plus Camble and Marine Drive intersection that makes it highly congested and slow to get out.
