Purchased 3 full 3 pc luggage set for my family. Found staff helpful and not pushy. Found the set I wanted , checked the prices with the Bay(was having bay day sale) and Costco and found the prices cheaper than the sale price.Good selection as well.

Absolutely fantastic service! Walked in explained what I need bag for and the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. I ended up with exactly what I wanted at half the price I was going to pay. The staff then set the bag and combination lock up for me. Good product knowledge.

he is a flea market fraud. he will change the price as he talks. he is a liar, rude tongue, ill mannered, fraud behaviour. His name is Saksham Malhotra. 150% not recommended!!! he blabber and talk to get you caught up in his fraudy tricks. if you have question, he will not let anyone talk and will close business on your face. I request all genuine people, a big NOOO to this place, please do not go to this place. he sell same price as winners, home sense, the bay, walmart etc.

Was looking all over the city for a decent luggage and the team at the store was very helpful. With limited options at other shops and department stores, this place had a great selection of high end and more affordable bags. Will definitely be back if I need anything else for traveling!

Bought a set of two in 2021. Have flown over 10 times, no issues with wheels or zippers. Good quality stuff. Definitely recommend it!

I bought 2 sets from them. At the time of sale, the owner said he will replace everything including the wheel, which is quite durable and will not break easily. Alas, it broke the very first time of usage. I called the owner and he told me to go to the airline as its is their doing and he will not honor his words and wont replace it.Worst person to deal with. All sweet talking was only for the sale, no after sale services.
