This is by far the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Plus they had somebody on the drive-through that could not speak fluent English, and could not hear.

Bad customer service and management with attitude paid for my ice cap and timbits got nothing and they also kept the money!I placed my order and when I got to the window my order wasnt ready because they didnt get the right size of the cup that I ordered as well as made me pay for it. A rude young guy came to the window with an attitude and told me that next time I should place my order properly before getting to the window."No respect for customers I like Tim Hortons coffee my wife is an avid customer but the service is not the same as it use to be I do have my doubts about coming back I hope you enjoy the money that you just robbed me."

This is literally the worst Tim’s location EVER. Their drive through is super slow and they never have anything except coffee. If you want to order a bite of anything, go somewhere else.

Go to a different Tim’s … I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon on an everything bagel. Watched the assembly line person make me a belt. They gave it to me and I reminded them this isn’t what I ordered and gave it back. I watched the assembly line person just take the tomato and lettuce off and try to serve me the same bagel! I can’t eat tomatos including residue. So I had to ask her to remake it. The bagel was burnt to a crisp but at this point I didn’t have time to wait to ask for it to be made again.

Horrible service terrible manners and I was sick all night and still paying for it the next day . I will never go back to this location . Pathetic effort. Only one tall young woman can be applauded for her work and manners the others didn't appear to care about doing their job or customer service. The wedges were chewy like dry rubber. Worst location I've been to in years.

This location is often out of things and gets my order wrong 80% of the time. Some of the staff are very nice, but others are rude to the point that I'm not sure how they are still employed in a customer service position. Always takes a long time. I continued to use this location for a long time because of the few staff members who I really like...but just cant deal with the wrong orders anymore...much better luck at the Tim's down the road on Innisfil Beach Rd.

I doubt this location is well managed. The employees here don’t seem to be trained enough. They don’t know how to apply their promotion offers or how their mobile app works.Also, it’s frequent that they don’t accept mobile orders.

Last Saturday I went into this location for a 'quick' order or what I thought. Two people in front of me, but still took close to 20 minutes for my order. Lots of staff but right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Orders mixed up. Training seems to be non-existent.

Very loud hard rock. All glass windows and doors very dirty. Prints and dirty windows. Not well cleaned. Washroom was very clean and easy for me in a wheelchair to use.Dirty place makes me worry about food contamination
