Kokanee Chalets, RV Park and Campground

Every single person on our family trip (24 people) loved their stay!Cabins are rustic but have everything you need, and very clean! Laundry machines are available at the main office. All sites are well treed so things stay fairly cool during the day. The beach is a 2 second drive away and is nice and sandy with shallow water for the kids to play in. Dog friendly too! The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. There is an awesome and very popular little cafe/bakery on site as well, stop there for your morning coffee and the best cinnamon buns money can buy!#10 cabin has a wheelchair ramp if you need accessibility but door frames are still standard sizing.We loved our stay and want to thank the staff again for such great memories, this was our best reunion yet!

Cute cozy cabins. Campground had unique displays.we would recommend this place to our family and friends. Prices were very reasonableYes

RV Park Total mismanaged dump. Poorly maintained, long-term residence, lack of enforcement of common rules, noise,car washing in others spaces,Ect.

Nice RV sites in the forest. Not directly on lake, but a short walk away. Nice trails to explore, including a pond. Grocery, ATM, gas nearby. Overall convenient.

I took an extended stay at one of the chalets this winter. I was in a transition and the staff here were so positive and accommodating, I felt very welcome and taken care of. Clean room, lovely people and neighbours, picturesque nearby beach on Kootenay lake (walking distance) and park across the street, made for a healing time spent in lovely Crawford Bay. Thank you Carol! She is amazing. I will be back ASAP <3

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful trees, stayed here both tent camping and in the A-frame cabin and loved the place. Coffee shop is a great perk and good bakery also. Nice showers for a campground. Mosquitos were heavy (July) but that's to be expected in the area I think. Close to ferry, restaurants, and plenty of beautiful views.

It's a shame to only give this place two stars because it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately management at the chalets is not good though and it made the entire experience difficult. People were rude to my Aunt when she arrived and she didn't get the room she was supposed to have, then they tried charging a bunch more money for switching. Things that were rented never showed up. We had difficulties before getting there when we were told that there is no cancellation fee when individual rooms are booked. Then when my brother booked his they asked for a deposit and didn't want to return it when he tried to cancel only one day later.The rooms are clean, but amenities are sparse. Things that one room had, another room wouldn't and every room was missing something. Some of the rooms have showers that are literally knee height.The location is good, it's a one minute drive to the beach and the bakery is convenient and good as well.So all-in-all, I would not recommend staying here unless there are some upgrades to amenities and some of the facilities, as well as a shift in management.

One of the best family camping trips we have ever had thanks to this magical lite campground! So convenient to everything and lovely with the flush toilets, clean showers and ice available on site made our trip relaxing and fun! The baking and coffees at reds Cafe were the icing on the cake and the gluten free goodies they bake I will be raving about for years to come! Thanks for the best week we can't wait to come back!
