Gap Factory

Very rude personal. I came 3 minutes before clothing time and they didn’t even allow me to enter. I made a one hour drive from another city to buy a hoodie for my son. I told them that it will be a quick purchase, but they didn’t even allow me to enter explaining that at 5 pm light will be turned off and all cashiers will be closed. I waited in my car until 5 and saw how another customers were at the cashier much later after 5 pm and they allowed them to complete their shopping. Very disappointed.

There were 2 young people working and 8 must say that they are both Awesome at customer service. They were both so pleasant and took care of all my questions. GREAT JOB to GAP for hiring great people.

Will shop here when I'm looking for that special piece of clothing, and at affordable prices

Large assortment of clothing for women, men and children. It's located in a beautiful, modern establishment and is kept very clean. There is plenty of parking and it's nice that it's set aside from the hustle and bustle of the mall. Not to forget the deals they offer are amazing! To top it all off, the staff is extremely helpful and go above the standard to help you find what you're looking for and get the best prices!

Clean store kind staff good price !

For those who like Gap, they will like this store. It has a good selection of women and children clothing, but the men's section is lacking, ESPECIALLY for tall guys. The selection of XL mens shirt is poor, I also find the boxer briefs lose their elasticity quickly, but I guess that is a GAP complaint, not really this store itself. It is a clean store with a nice layout and a ton of dressing rooms. The staff are friendly too.

Horrible customer service never going back. When I walked in they was no staff in sight (I was the only customer in the store) so after walking around for a few minutes I discovered the two employees were at the back of the store talking and even looked over saw me and continued to talk, finally one came over and she so arrogant in the way she ask me if I needed help and when I asked if they had what I was looking for she she was almost no help whatsoever she pointed to where it was and said that’s all of what I wanted. I’m also incredibly disappointed in the jeans for men they had they only carry slim and straight fit jeans like there’s only one body type and I’m not looking for plus size clothes o just wanted relaxed fit or something that’s comfortable to sit in. All in all the store is horrible and there really should be an evaluation of some sorts for the staff.
