I went there to return a package from Walmart that can be done through Canada Post.The behaviour of the clerck named “Nathalia”showed that she didn’t want to help at all, I don’t know why.Canada post has a drop off option without having to print the label yourself if you have the Return ID#, the clerck can print with this #But as soon as I arrived there, she was on defense mode and saying that I have to print the label myself, they don’t return package without the label printed or I have go to UPS to return the package, that she was working there for long time bla-bla-bla she knew her job etc.She didn’t let me explain at all and show her the instruction that was on my phone’s screen (even if she was supposed to know it since she’s working for Canada Post), It was frustratingAt the end, when I gave her the proof that we can do it here. She shut up and did her job and felt a bit ashamed.The worst customer service I ever had at Canada Post

Sent Christmas cards to friends and family in AUSTRALIA. The lady at the till was very helpful and the service was quick. Thank you for the great service.

The customer service was so awful. The lady who attended me was really rude, I couldn't understand so well what she tried to tell me and when I asked her to repeat the information she got mad. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I have been in other branches and they are better.

Fast and efficient service with a smile. It's located on the 2nd floor, up the escalator to your right. This location has post office boxes to rent, as well as basic office supplies. Pro tip for tourists: souvenir post cards are available for sale here.

Came at 8:30pm and it was closed despite Google Maps saying it closes at 9:00. Even the door hours says it closes at 10:00. I get that Shopper’s is closed at 8:00 and it’s in the store but you should update the hours accordingly.

I was picking up a package for a friend and although I had called to confirm all I would need it a signature and ID, they refused to hand it over. Understandable. But the postal office clerk promised they would keep the package for a week. When I returned three days later, they had already returned it to the original sender. All they said was oh well". Terrible customer service. They do not care."

My dealings with this post office have been satisfactory. Whether it’s dealing with Randy’s willingness to help and going the extra mile, to interacting with Natalia’s professionalism and watching how she deals with other customers, I am extremely happy with their service. Keep up the great work!

I liked this place a lot compared to Bay/Wellington.The guy is amazing and took care of my package properly without over charging.

This place makes me want to move, just to be in another post office's delivery area.I have no idea how this gets reviewed so well. If you can avoid this post office... do so. The lines are reasonable in length. Stop in after work around 5:30-6 and there'll be 2-4 people in line. However getting through those 2-4 people takes about 20-30 minutes. This isn't a one time thing, this has happened on numerous occasions.Then you get to the front of the line. It's like winning a lottery. You just want to pick up your package and go! Alas, you left your delivery notice that told you it could be picked up today at home. While other more competent post offices will have no problem with this if you show them ID, this one does. Again, on multiple occasions I've been told that the package isn't there, as nothing is under my name. It doesn't matter how many times I clarify that I'm sure it is, and that a delivery notice told me it is, they assure me I'm wrong. Naturally when I go retrieve my delivery notice and come back, it's there.Now I get mistakes can be made. Maybe someone mistyped the name. But this happens so consistently lately that it's a problem. And even then it's forgivable, if the employees bothered to take the time to just look at their packages to be picked up of a certain size and see if your name is on it. No dice, because your package isn't there.""

During COVID I find it extremely frustrating that they won't confirm or deny over the phone whether your package is actually there. Combined with the unhelpful tracking message that my Xpress package has been left at a delivery partner" I fear I'll be trekking all over Toronto trying to locate it."
