The best jerk chicken is at this joint right here. The chicken is smokey, a little spicy and delicious! It's a bit on the expensive end, but honestly, it is worth every penny.

Love this restaurant, the food is so good we had the ox tail dinner and Ja roti. There is a selection of pop and beers. Super friendly staff and the owner Philip is very passionate about his food and that the customers are happy. There is a little patio in front of the restaurant.

Let me start by saying that I didn’t get a chance to eat there but I did want to give feedback without ruining your great reviews.A friend recommended your place and while it was a little far from us, we decided to make the drive. We arrived hungry and excited to eat only to be told that you were sold out of food. No more jerk chicken or ox tail or rice and peas. What remained didn’t interest us and wasn’t the food one goes there for.The wonderful young lady at the counter was very apologetic but in the end we decided to leave.Judging by the pictures and reviews I have no doubt your food would have been good, but you can’t run out food - especially the food you specialize in. As someone with plenty of friends in the food industry I am aware of the slim profits and the need to not waste food…still, you cannot run out of food.Next time I’m in the area I’ll try again.

Decided to try out Pinento today. Heard a lot good things about this place on Facebook.The place was clean and the gentleman that greeted us and took our order was friendly.We ordered Jerk leg quarter rice box. It was absolutely delicious. The rice was so flavourful and the best jerk chicken I’ve had. Better than the jerk chicken I had when I was in Jamaica (which was really good too) so that says a lot. This really hit the spot.Needless to say. We will be coming back.

Great local Jerk chicken spot definitely to get your fix in. Got the Original Jerk Chicken Rice Box. Flavours were great and had a good BBQ style flavour to it. Would definitely like to dine-in next time - and enjoy the patio

Food is INCREDIBLE!!! Service was WAY OVER 5Star!!! Brought my wife and 2 kids on a day they were short staffed .. and I didn't know till the server told us!AMAZING!!!

The Jerk Chicken and Oxtail Rice Bowl is amazing, succulent, and all the sauces really works well with both dishes.Also had the Jerk Chicken Poutine (snack size), and it is the BEST poutine I have ever had in my life. Definitely returning throughout the warmer months!P.S. The 2 photos below are the Jerk Chicken Rice bowl (with extra meat).

I had the pleasure of having the Jacked up BBQ Jackfruit Poutine and The Original Jerk Boneless chicken rice box and added curry goat. Both dishes were delicious. I look forward to many more great experiences from Pimento

I love the jerk chicken rice box, tasted pretty good. The person working was very sweet and kind. Price wise it was a bit pricey but it’s expected from a food truck at a festival. Found a piece of hair in my food so a feedback would be to use better hair nets to ensure upmost food safety.
