TELUS Store & Koodo Store - Authorized Dealer Custom Cellular

I tried explaining my situation and was disregarded and they told me to make a claim online for my broken phone. Almost spent $250 on a repair even after saying I had warranty. My phone is almost done its free replacement, I just wish I was listened to because I needed it for work.

I went in to discuss a new phone and the staff was extremely helpful. I dealt with Mike and another man who were extremely knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend if you are looking for some questions answered or help picking a new device! They even saved me on my plan without me asking!

Scammed me with there bring it back program! Phone had a few scratches said they couldnt take it and added 450$ to my bill! Not to mention im struggling in between work and now theyve made it impossible to find work because noone can reach me!

My family has visited this store several times over the past few years. Typically we’ve been very fortunate to have Michael help us. He is so thorough, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and always finding ways to save us money. Michael definitely keeps us coming back to Telus. Today I brought my teenage son in to upgrade his phone. My son commented on how nice he was too. He made the experience extra fun for my son today. Thank you!

After a bad experience at the Koodo store in Spruce Grove, I went to the Koodo store in Stony Plain, Alberta. I was very pleased with the service and experience all around. Brody took care of my needs and went above and beyond to help me, without it costing me an arm and a leg and my first born. Thank you Brody!!

Store manager sat down at his desk when I was sitting waiting for help. He proceeded to sit at his desk until a rep needed help and only when done with the rep was I asked if I needed assistance. As a store manager if you see a customer alone, you should check in. Super disappointed as I waiting around just to be told they didn't have what I need.The rep who previously helped me however, is great and I wish I had his name.

Jaylyn especially, has sold me 2 phones now and has always been really personable, fast and reliable! I am a needy customer and she is very accommodating and helpful!Everyone else in the store was very nice and helpful too!

I had just switched from Bell to Telus - staff were friendly and courteous however a staff member gave me the wrong size case. I came back the next day and was told they did not have the next size up. I asked for a refund but they could not give my money back as their machine had reached 'its daily refund limit'. So to be accommodating I chose another case that I liked, but not nearly as much as the first case. Then I was I told it was $10 more... I did not want the case that badly and now they were expecting me to pay more money for something I did not want. I asked since they could not give me a refund and it was their mistake - can they please give me discount for the $10?. After calling management I was told no, and come back another day. However I do not live in this country for which I told them, yet still they were not willing to be accommodating whatsoever. The manager called me on the next business day and told me 'we are not in the business of just giving money out to everyone, and I could just come back another day'. I am writing this review after I told him I would write this review and he did not seem phased at all.

Very friendly staff and exceptional customer service. I’ve been to this location several times and was helped every time (: I would definitely recommend going here. Jaylyn is super friendly and easy to talk to. On other visits, Jake and Brody have been able to help me sort out technical problems.

Wow! Amazing service. Absolutely immaculate environment created by the staff. I was helped by Brody and he was phenomenal and very helpful, he definitely deserves a raise after everything I put him through. I will definitely be coming back!
