We Sew Right

I brought my jacket in to have the zipper replaced. There was a two week wait for it to be done. Then I was told it would take four more days because she had ordered the wrong zipper. I finally got the coat back and a week or so later the zippers got stuck. She had said that if anything was wrong I could bring it back within 30 days, so I headed back in. She told me it was MY fault the plastic zipper didn't work and I'd have to pay another $60 to fix it. Who puts plastic zippers on a winter coat in Alberta? Complete fail.I won't ever go back and wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.

Amazing service. Prices are reasonable. Great customer service. If you need any alterations done with precision, this is the place to visit. I highly recommend them. I am always happy with the high level of service from the start to the end.

They did an amazing job on the repair of a zipper. My only complaint is that they never called to say it was done. I had to go in there and ask to see if my jacket was done and it was. Asked why I wasn't called and they said they don't call customers and if no one comes to pick it up it gets donated . I'm sorry that isn't very good customer service especially at this time of year where everyone isn't thinking straight to remember to pick up their product. That's why only 3 stars.

Good price and quality work done. They lost one star because the work was not completed on the timeline agreed to, and when I stopped by during mall hours to check in - the store was closed with no indication of new hours or when they would be back. To their credit this was at the beginning of all the COVID 19 restrictions, however a sign would have been helpful.

I'm pleased with the work they did in putting in a new zipper in my son's winter jacket. After some calling around, they were the cheapest and quickest! Excellent work. I'd recommend them to my friends and family.

So my story goes like this:My best friend was getting married on Vancouver Island in June and everyone was supposed to order the same color dress from the same online store. The dress came late, didn't fit me well at all, and generally was not all it promised it'd be.With the wedding only a few weeks away I ran to We Sew Right and modelled this dress for them. Not only was the lady very understanding and kind, but they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule for multiple alterations. She fixed and altered the 'custom fit dress' so it was ACTUALLY custom fit to MY body shape, and it was beautiful.I can't thank you guys enough. ♡ You really were a ray of sunshine in an otherwise very stressful time in my life and I really appreciate it!10/10 Would Definitely recommend to anyone!

I ripped my dress at the mall a very small hole would take seconds to fix but was denied help ! Very rude no other option was given to me and was turned away I would not recommend this place at all

Definitely the best place in town to get your pants hemmed or repaired. Been going here for years. Anytime I need something done right away they go out of there way to get it done the same day for me. Super friendly staff. Local business. Very professional with tons of experience. Also the price is on point and not overpriced.

I requested for my patches to have velcro and they did amazing work. Will continue get stuff done here.
