If you drive slow and careful, you should be fine on the road leading to the place. I thought everything was totally fine - I don't think it deserves a 1 star rating. The lady at the scale was fine, the place was nice and organized, directions were clear, and I had a nice chat with one of the maintenance guys.

Best rates for wood and landscaping disposal. Purchased some potting soil/compost recently as it's cheaper than other suppliers in town but poor quality, got the pH range tested on it becuase nothing was growing. PH was 7.6 which is too high to grow much. Would not recommend buying their compost for use in gardens.

Super cheap to offload green waste. Aswell as picking up mulch, or soil. $26 get you a yard and a half of compost blend soil. That enough to fill up my pickup box.

Must be the same driver from the previous persons review!!! Had him laugh while turning in front of me on Prest this morning...I had right of way from Prest turning left onto First Ave where he proceeded to turn in front of me and laugh through his open window!!! Really the business name is plasrered on the truck!!!Needless to say complaint was made not sure if it helps, but I felt the need due to his a**h**eAttitude and blatent disregard for safety!!!!

Super helpful, and nice to deal with. Didn't realise they were open Saturdays, the lady at the scales let me know, plus they are way cheaper then Bailey for getting rid of hard waste! Thanks guys :)

Nice facility and staff but very expensive when dropping off, I cost me $26 to drop off half a short truck box of dried cedar stumps and logs.The staff doesn't write down your license plate or give you a customer number like at the City dump when you drive in and get weighed, when I drove out the lady wasn't certain of my entry weight. I'm pretty sure she had me mixed up with a heavier vehicle.Next time I'll take my stuff to the dump as they are much much cheaper.

Be careful when on the road with these Yahoo's! They like to cut you off and then slam on the brakes! The driver even laughed at me in his side mirror as I had to slam on my brakes and the driver behind me had to swerve to avoid hitting me!
