Union Station
Such a huge building which has commutes connecting many places. Literally walked the lengths and breadths inside the union station to get a feel of it. The infrastructure is good in most of the places and in some places it is still in progress. Its pretty close to CN Tower and this is the nearest public commute station from where you could walk up to CN tower and aquarium

Union Station is a place with incredible architecture, as well as being accessible to all people. However, it is worth noting that for those who are not very familiar with the place, you need to pay attention when boarding and disembarking trains that are advertised so as not to get lost at the station.

It's a nice building and I like that there are little shops in it. My only problem is that it's easy to get lost in, especially if you're not used to the building. My advice would be to travel with someone who knows where their going so you don't end up lost.

This place is a symbol of excellence and culture in itself. Well designed, well located. Huge, neat and clean. The staff is so helpful at every stage. Hats off to their service. So many food joints. Accurate service and information. Charging stations. Ample sitting space. It is truly an iconic place and worth visiting. I have taken Go bus, Go train and TTC several times from here. Everytime I enter this place, i feel like visiting and moving around at all levels and enjoy it's massivness and uniqueness everywhere.

Union Station, sitting on the east-west divide along Toronto's Front Street, is a historic landmark which today serves 250,000 people daily according to the station's web site. The station acts as a hub connecting commuter rail, long distance VIA Rail, and Toronto city's TTC bus and metro services. Union is easily Canada's grandest station, built in the Beaux Art style. Its colonnaded front spans some 229 metres and modern upgrades include a rail link to Toronto's Pearson International airport and food hall.

The station is quite clean and well-maintained, but I must say I was surprised at the lack of signage and confusion with the signage that was there. Being a first time visitor I was looking around in all directions for the exit, only was lucky enough to find it by following other passengers heading towards that exit. Definitely something that needs to be improved here. Great architecture and a very centrally located station, perfect for taking one directly into downtown Toronto!

We would like to express our deep appreciation for the service we were provided when our cell phone was lost on the train April 28th. The station guys ( John, Anthony, and 1 other) were excellent at helping us track it down, recover it from another station and returning it to us. Its nice to see this type of customer service is not completely gone.

I’ve been through Union Station dozens of times over my lifetime. The main building has really tall ceiling and is quite beautiful. Outside, there are large pillars that are quite striking. There aren’t many dining options in the main hall itself, but if you walk around to the adjoining concourses where people largely take GO busses/trains, there is a much better selection. So, if you’re here for a while, take a walk and browse around – go to a coffee shop or restaurant in these other areas.

Took a train to go to Montreal & it was perfect! It was alittle longer than taking a bus (when you take the bus you won’t need to stop at every city or town that comes by) This was my first time experiencing a train ride & it was decent. Not that comfortable & seats are pretty tight if your over 6’ tall. (if gotten economy class)
