Leaving 2 stars as I am happy they help animals. Unfortunately, communication was lacking when we were interested in adopting. Not only were the responses for the wrong dog, a pre approved applicant was already looking at the dog we chose, yet an interview was setup with us and less than 24 hours before the appointment, we were told the dog was adopted. The communication was short, rude and there was no follow up to see if we wanted to pursue an approval process in be in their database. They didn't care that much. Happy for the dog, however the process should have included communication that someone else ahead of the process might be taking the dog. Unfortunately for the animals, I'll be looking elsewhere.
