Lindsay and her daughter's hospitality was wonderful, given that we had never before visited the Cabot Trail, they were incredibly helpful with regards to planning our trip. The rooms were perfect, clean and very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. And the visit and sharing of stories with Bob, the owner, a wonderful person, was the perfect end to a wonderful experience.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again! Thank you!

The great food is worth the wait. The portions are very reasonable. There is a limited selection but everything they do, they do well.

The Inn has great views of the water. Rooms are well appointed. Love the porches for early morning coffees. Came with a group and we rented the whole place easily.

We stopped in for a meal (thursday night pizza) and were greeted with warm hospitality and a lovely view off the back deck. Will definitely stop in next time I am in the area.

Salmon Pool Inn & Cottage Self Catering
Stayed for one night and had the entire place to ourselves. We brough wine and lobsters with us, and enjoyed them by the river. It was an amazing view and wondefully relaxing experience.Place was clean with rustic décor. A bit far from town, but close enough to Cabot Trail.Couldn't have asked for more.

Went here for dinner based on the advertising along the road. They didn't have what the advertising claimed (a rib eye steak and other local foods), their menu was small, and then they told us they were only doing burgers which restricted even further (and they didn't have any gluten free options, so we ended up going somewhere else).

Clean and friendly, nice sitting common area and multiple deck with a wonderful view. Nice bar and dinner/dining area. We visited during the Burger and Beer night. Dinner was good, and good value. Would certianly recommend and come again.

Salmon Pool Inn & Cottage Self Catering
Had dinner here, it was decent food. Sat outside at sunset, beautiful view of the river and village. Some locals were dining the as well and struck up conversations with everyone. Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, perfect after a day of exploring!
