I feel upset because I’ve went to this dealership twice to get my Volkswagen fixed… let them know in advance I was coming to get my vehicle and I paid almost 4K this time , it was more last time…. I feel upset that you guys couldn’t put gas in , my vehicle was on E when I picked it up and couldn’t wash the outside … my headlight was out … I feel like when your paying so much money you would think a dealership would have more courtesy ? Especially being so over priced , I’m just going to cross my fingers and hope it runs ok. definitely won’t be returning here.

Highly recommend going to see Peyton if you are looking for a new vehicle. He was so helpful, pleasant and genuine. He made the car-buying process enjoyable and helped us find our perfect family vehicle! He was so amazing and knowledgeable about explaining and demonstrating everything the vehicle had to offer and even had it ready the same day for me since I was going to be out of town! On June 2nd I purchased my second Volkswagen Jetta from Saskatoon Volkswagen and once again, I have nothing but good words to say about this place.Nalin is an excellent salesman and he made sure I had the time to test drive vehicles, explained benefits of each option, he made sure to give me all the financial possibilities for each vehicle, and made me feel so comfortable and encouraged with my decision to go with another Jetta! He also made sure to follow up a few times which I appreciated just to make sure I was still loving my vehicle. Highly highly recommend him.As for the Volkswagen team is general, such amazing and friendly staff. They truly make you feel apart of a family when you are there, they make you feel confident in your decision to purchase through them, they don’t push you, they don’t get you in whatever they can just to make a sale.I have and always will recommend Volkswagen, as a 20 year old who just recently got into the dealership process I was SO nervous because I know how overwhelming dealerships can be and they don’t always want the best for you, but I am so thankful that as Volkswagen being the first dealership I ever experienced that it was as incredible as it was.

I got referred here to get my 1st car. At first I was paranoid on having my 1st car on how could I handle this huge responsibility. Luckily, Mitch as their Manager did all the best he could to get me my 1st car. Altough there was some small problems but they got it through and so far I am loving my 2019 Jetta! Also Thanks for the Agent who is also a friend of mine, Jonell and his co-worker Josh S the ones who helped to get me this beautiful car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who would want to get their 1st car.

Had very good experience with service here so far. My Touareg is looked after by Adam who owns one and really gives me great details about all things needing to be done. One SURPRISE for me was i can bring aftermarket parts to get my car fixed as they are much cheaper than to buy from dealership.Didn’t have much experience with sales but looked around when waiting and they never were pushing anything. One time inexperienced person was telling me a lot about certain vehicle I already knew everything about. It’s just general inexperience of understanding than listening is everything in sales and actually every aspect of life.Overall, very pleased with our dealership in Saskatoon and will always love VW even though North American choice is so limited comparing to Europe.

Josh Holick and the staff at VW were really easy to work with! Josh was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and he really worked hard to make sure we were happy with the deal we had worked out.

Took my vw to service in saskatoon and told them my fan for A/C and heating went. They did tests that thankfully I didn't have to pay for but all in all they told me I need a new filter. Well I get a new filter done in prince albert and prince albert vw told me it's my fan that went. Not fun doing a run around.

I highly recommend going to see him if you ever are looking for a VW vehicle, I would 100% commute the 2.5 hour drive just to go see him again for the service!!!
