What can you say about any McDonald's that hasn't already been said? They try to maintain consistency between locations. Some days will be better than others and so you may catch one on a bad day, and some locations are busier than others or in bad locations which can have an effect on quality or environment. Overall this one was a good one consistent with the standards I expect of any location.

This is the closest branch to my home so tends to be the location we frequent the most even though we will use Wellington road and Bradley occasionally. This branch though never tends to disappoint. I typically use the drive-thru and this location more than any other asks me to park the car for curb-side delivery, even if no one else is behind me. Once of these days I will refuse (when my wife isn't with me) and see what happens. We only order 4 things on any given visit; egg mcmuffins and hash browns or fries and big macs, probably the 4 most popular items on the menu yet they can never plan far enough ahead to anticipate someone wanting one. Bizarre and very frustrating. Today I visited and luckily I did not have to park and wait for my order but I wish maybe I had as both our egg mcmuffins were burnt to a crisp. Stange that these things only happen to us at this location.

Went on a Monday night with the kids. They had the Mario toys on display but when I asked which characters they had, the girl showed me a completely different toy.The reason for the four star on dining is - she said she was going to the back to check and came back with three different Mario options. I'm glad she was able to do that and keep the happy meal... Happy! My kid appreciated it and so did I!We got quarter pounder BLT meals and it was perfect. Great experience dining in.

Restaurant was busy 4:30 saturday afternoon.while the tables did not have garbage on them. Many had stains and debris from previous diners.There was a pile of fries on the ground. The men's room was tidy.We used the machine to make our order it could not print a receipt and it never told us the order number.My sandwich had the bacon on the side. How hard is it to put the bacon on the chicken an put the top bun? This happens no matter which McDonald's I go to. Seems McDonald's burger assembly team members could barely pass an alphabet test

Both our big mac patties were half the size of the bun, and the burger was thrown into the box with such disregard that all the dressing and garnish was piled into the corner. Mcdonalds continues to go downhill.

Honestly, most horrible McDonald's service. Very disorganized. My order is always wrong. Every time.And they decide to skip the outside window for drive through orders.I had to call and rather than the manager, understand that one of the order windows wasnt being used by staff she kept saying we are doing their best".I do appreciate when things get busy

the place always takes forever to preparr ANY order, big or small. the food is mostly decent with an occasional hard bit on my bun as well as huge onion chunks in my burger.. but it's mostly fine and the employees aren't mean or bad or anything, only one was a bit rude to me once and I've been going here since I was a kid

I had, I think it was called McCrispy Chicken with bacon and being alright, I would not order it again. Fries were great as usual and one of the new summer drinks thinking it was going to be real fruit juice but was coloured water with a taste of fruit and a lot of sugar.My Wife had the good old Big Mac with fries and bottled water. As usual of late the Big Mac was a sloppy mess. I don't know what they are doing different in preparation or just not taking care to put it together. You never use to have a bath after trying to enjoy a Big Mac.

Sometimes they nail it, but when they don't... Yikes. Missing entire meals, straws or sauces, putting cheese on double hamburgers just doesn't bode well for the pickup and drive thru folk. Good thing this place does dine in right! Definitely take advantage of table service if you want to truly enjoy both your meal and the conversations with the fabulous staff!
