Our wedding would not have been the beautiful & magical day it was without Amanda! My husband & I planned our wedding at Kurtz Orchards remotely from Australia, and Amanda could not have been more amazing helping us bring our vision to life. Any couple would be lucky to work with Amanda.

Hiring Amanda as our Wedding Planner was the best decision we made! She deserves 10 stars!! We had to postpone our wedding by a year due to the COVID pandemic, and Amanda took it all in stride, reassuring us that things would go as planned....the second time! Amanda is an amazing soul, kind, patient, creative, and fun! She was very calming in times of stress, and was able to provide great suggestions to execute our vision. Due to her efforts, our wedding day was flawless!

From our engagement photos to our wedding day (and every event in between), Amanda went above and beyond to ensure our entire experience was seamless and unforgettable. Working with Amanda, it felt more like spending time with a friend rather than a Planner. I am so glad I found Amanda Cowley! I seriously cannot say enough positive things about the experience of working with her--she is such a nice human, has an amazing eye for design, and is the most organized, hard-working, and dependable person you could ever hope to have on your team. I was planning a wedding from three provinces away and she made the process so much less stressful. She helped me find the best vendors in the Niagara region, reached out to those vendors on my behalf, and worked so hard to ensure that everything the vendors were doing would come together seamlessly on the day of. On my wedding day, I didn't have to worry about anything (which is saying a lot since our venue was simply a barn with zero employees to help us do anything). She got my vision and made it come together in a way that totally exceeded my expectations. I literally could not have had this wedding without her.

Amanda was absolutely amazing, informative, outgoing, fun, caring..... from start to finish. She made all the planning leading up to the wedding easy, however, where she excels the most is on the day of the wedding. She ensured everything ran smoothly and we were never under any stress. We couldn't have done it without her.

We first met Amanda Cowley at the First Look Niagara Wedding Show in March 2016, and we instantly hit it off!! After our first official meeting we both knew we wanted her to plan our wedding in July 2017 at Honsberger Estates in Niagara on the Lake. Amanda’s detailed approach to planning ensured we stayed on track with our planning and were able to bring our ideas to life in order to create a picture perfect day. She has an innate ability to take a vision and turn it into reality by building on your initial idea and crafting the perfect setting and installation approach at your wedding venue. Amanda was always responsive to any emails/texts/calls and helped to keep both of us grounded as our day approached, it also always felt like I was working with a dear friend, which made wedding planning feel like a breeze.On the day of our wedding Amanda ensured that everything was perfect and that the day went off without a hitch! She looked after any questions/concerns that came up from our guests and other vendors and kept us both calm and focused on celebrating each other. By having Amanda there she allowed us to enjoy our day without worrying about any of the details that we had previously planned. Amanda is a wonderful person with a heart of gold and I would recommend her to any bride and groom that are looking for a planner for their upcoming wedding day!

Listen. I knew nothing going into the wedding planning process. I was never someone who had plans, visions, or even a smidge of an idea what it takes to plan an event larger than my dog's birthday party. I knew I wanted my wedding to be special, but I also knew I wanted it to feel like 'us', which ended up being hard to pinpoint on a pinterest board. Amanda was able to absorb my scatterbrained information and sculpt (over the course of two years, a pandemic, & tons of patience) an event that FELT like we hoped it would. My husband and I truly couldn't think of one thing that we would have changed, including our choice to work with this amazing woman. I feel like I got a major bargain because I had the most beautiful wedding and gained an awesome friend. Thank you for everything you do and everything you are Amanda!

Amanda is a fabulous wedding planner and an amazing person. We felt so comfortable, inspired and educated as to the wedding planning process when we first meet Amanda over Zoom. Immediately after our call ended we knew she was a great match and could see the envision that we probably poorly described to her. The resources and insight she provided us with kept us on track financially and on timeline. We did have challenges finding a few vendors but Amanda always had connections, new found vendors and recommendations that resulted in us having the perfect team to support us on our big day. Amanda is very organized and her “behind the scenes” communication with our team of vendors allowed us to enjoy the days leading up to our wedding with family and friends from out-of-town to the fullest. Beyond curating the perfect day for us, Amanda made us, our families, and our wedding party feel so comfortable with how the ceremony and day would transpire, which I appreciated immensely. I would recommend Amanda Cowley a million times over.

We were totally overwhelmed when we started planning our big day. But just like a fairy godmother, Amanda made the stress just disappear! Amanda really took the time to understand our vision for our day. She kept us on track and on schedule. She listened to all our concerns and walked us through every aspect of planning with so much patience, kindness, and, best of all, a sense of humour. She was able to point us towards the best vendors for us -- and they were all incredible as well! It helps that she has impeccable taste. We had a lot of different vendors arriving the day of and Amanda's excellent communication kept everything under control. Our wedding day required a lot of set up, both the day before and the day of, and Amanda was there every step of the way -- we were in awe of her work ethic!
