Tudor Manor

Excellent care facility. My father-in-law has mild stage 4 dementia. He's been living here for 1.5 years. Care had been excellent. Staff have been very good to him.

They must have new management recently. My father is in here and says they fired three good staff members for no reason. He has witnessed a manager type belittling staff several times. Used to be good but now it’s questionable.

My mom has been in the Tudor Manor for just over a year. She loves it there. The staff are are fantastic and they really care for the residents. The staff are very patient and can't do enough . Me and my family have been very impressed with everyone and feel at ease they are looking after my mom..

This is a really nice place. The staff are friendly and professional. The facility is clean and modern.Every day there are activities. The only down side is the parking -- they should sell monthly passes to the underground parking.

Awesome caregivers and staff, lunch always smells so delicious when I'm there, place is kept tidy and clean and very sanitary. I have met many that work there and find them very attentive, caring and hardworking individuals.

My experience was not a good one. My loved one was not given any quality care. They were just treated like they were put there to die. It was just a room to spend your final days , months or years in...We were promised so many things would be done to stimulate them on a daily basis. Nothing was ever done. Just fed and put in lounge until the next meal time. Just sitting in front of a TV.The dirty face from lunch was never cleaned up unless you came in and cleaned them up yourself.Very often just put to bed in the dirty food soiled clothes they had been in all day. Even though pajamas had been provided for them.Just to turn around and start the whole cycle again the next day.Some staff were super caring people and others just didn't care. They put in their 8 hours and went home. These elderly people with Dementia need tender loving care and TM does not provide that on a consistent daily basis.They just provide the basic necessities of life.Pretty much their often elderly spouse is left to look after them...I would not recommend this place for the elderly with Dementia.They are not equipped or staffed to give them the tender loving care they need.

A beautiful facility. We thought we found the perfect place for our parents. Aging in place" is what its supposed to be. That means as their needs increase so does the care! Perfect

I was placed in Tudor Manor to recover from a (reversible) brain injury and several broken bones, due to domestic violence. Most of the nursing staff were very nice and supportive, but I didn't feel safe there. A few times, I woke up to find a wayward resident in my room, due to staff not re-locking my door after doing night checks. Another time, there was a naked man standing outside of my room.The nursing staff seemed lazy and uninterested in their jobs. Stay away!!

Our Family is dealing with one of the most difficult times in our lives right now. The staff at Tudor Manor has gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected. They have been absolutely amazing to our family in this heart wrenching time. My Father is passing away with cancer and just wanted to be close to my Mother who is suffering from dementia. For the past 3 years Mom has been in a home but Dad never qualified so they were seperated. Dad was diagnosed with liver cancer and was given a small window to live. We knew the chances of getting them together were next to impossible some how they made adjustments so they could spend their last few weeks together. The Staff has taken us under their wing and made it possible for their love story to end Happily with Mom by Dads side. There is no way I can Thank the Staff enough for what they do.

I suggest not to bring any of your relatives or any of your love ones in here the staff are very rude unprofessional they don’t serve proper food for the residents they gave food that is being already expired. They don’t know how to treat the residents with respect and the nursing aides they always came to work with a very negative attitude. Please stay away from this place
