We have purchased two pianos from Case over the years and he has also been our tuner for both. He is honest, hardworking, and runs his business with integrity. His prices are good, he is punctual when he makes appointments for tuning, and he knows his pianos! We thoroughly enjoy dealing with him because he has a tremendous passion for the work that he does. If you are looking for a piano, or for someone to maintain the one you have, I highly recommend him.

Case VanGeest has been tuning my piano for many years and he does a great job. I can also highly recommend buying your next piano from him, as he will do his best to accommodate your needs and budget. He is a man of his word!

Van Geest House of Pianos
Late review from last September. I went here to find a piano but ended up purchasing elsewhere as they didn't have the grand piano I was looking for. Their shop is wonderful, they let me stay for 2+ hours to try the pianos. Its definatley worth the drive. Not a pushy salesperson at all, the entire family seems to be involved and are all very helpful.

From the first call to delivery of our piano, the experience with Case was flawless. Case is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Being able to have my daughters play their piano before purchase and try mutiiple models was extremely helpful. It's nice to deal with a single person regarding sales, delivery and tuning.

Van Geest Pianos are our ONLY goto company for all things pianos.Wether you need a new piano, maintenance or moving your current instrument, they are what you are looking for. As an artist I hold my instruments very close to my heart and I have found a trustworthy company that really cares about doing things right and good customer care. Every time I deal with Case and his staff, I know I am dealing with a hardworking, honest and experienced professional who will get the job done right. I use them for my home (personal) piano and also for our piano's maintenance at our church.

Hired Van Geest to pick up our new piano and deliver it to us. Told them it was to be placed on our second floor. With no questions asked, they picked it up and dropped it off with 4 of their staff and wouldn't even attempt to bring it upstairs. They charged us $900 for an incomplete job. 6 weeks later we had to hire another piano moving company. As professionals should, they asked us for photos and measurements. They showed up with 3 staff and had the piano disassembled, brought up one flight of stairs, and reassembled in less than 45 minutes. It cost us an additional $800 for them to finish the job that Van Geest was hired to do. So very disappointed and would never refer anyone to Van Geest!

Vangeest Pianos moved my 800 lb piano out of my house today. I was really pleased to see them lay down rugs, boards and ramps to protect our floor. They moved the piano quickly and were very friendly. I highly recommend Bangeest Pianos.

Van Geest House of Pianos
Very friendly and efficient team of professional piano movers! They picked up our baby grand piano in Niagara Falls had it dismantled and on the trailer in 30 minutes from arrival! They worked cleanly and ensured no damage to our home! They employed strict Covid protocols and respected social distance while they worked! I would highly recommend them to anyone for all of your piano requirements, very respectful and courteous!
