I’m not sure if anyone works or answers the phone on Sundays. I placed a same day print order on Thursday expecting to pick it up the same day or the next day, but have yet to receive a “order ready for pick up” email. It is now Sunday and I have called every 10 mins starting at 11:00 am, which is when they open, but no one is answering. I pressed 8 for customer service and still no answer. I then pressed every extension to speak to different departments and it automatically says to try a different extension as they are busy. How is that possible ??? I get if they’re understaffed, but no one answers the phone? I’ve been to the store before and most reps are on their phone texting, so how can they not answer the phones with a customer is calling?

I spent thousands on high end printers etc. The one time my mother wanted to buy a pc from this location ,they tried to sell her an operating system separately NOT " listed in the display price. I have a good mind to report them to the BBB"

Punar in customer service is by far hands down one of the best customer service representatives I have worked with in years! His customer service skills on returns and technical advice is outstanding and has now kept me a Staples customer.

Went to take my PR picture. The old man took 3 pictures refused to show me and went straight to print it out even tho I asked 4-5 times if I can see the picture . Worst experience which costed me 25$ . I won’t ever return here nor let any family or friend come.

The manager named Krista is very rude and unwelcoming. Would not shop here again based on her attitude. Basic manners would be appreciated. Suprising someone with this lack of communication and customer service skills would be put in a manager role.

Honestly just waited at the shipping counter for 10 minutes and watched 3-4 staff just standing around or sitting doing nothing and no one asked any of the customers standing in line if they needed anything. Do better.

How is it even possible for a box store to run out of stamps?? Poor inventory planning. “So sorry” but no guidance such as you can get stamps at the variety store across the street. Poor inventory planning OK but how about a little customer service like helping the customer find a solution. This is largely why I don’t go to retail outlets anymore and just order what I need online.

They don't know what good customer service means in this location, I was trying to pay something an no one was at the cashier, I asked a guy that was on the printing area an he looked at me and told me, I don't know were they are and didn't do everything

The most weakest costumer service I’ve ever seen in Staples branches. I will never be a costumer of staples. They lock the door and prevent to provide a service to me (that’s ok),but they done the Canadian person’s work (another costumer),who was beside of me at upfront of the door. How it’s possible!!!!!
