I was looking for a real estate agent as I’m relocating from Mississauga to Oshawa, I and met Steve at an Open House of a property that I thought looked interesting. He was friendly and professional, and I liked his demeanour and approach.I contacted him for a consult and he was kind, open, honest, and wanted to make sure I was totally comfortable with the process. There was never any pressure. I discussed that I was interviewing multiple agents and he said that was the best idea, because real estate can be stressful and you need to be on the same page as your agent, and gave me space to make my decision.Once I selected Steve to move forward with, that same level of care, detail, and focus on my needs and comfort continued. He was readily available, supported me through the staging and sale of my condo as well as the purchase of my new home. He always made sure that I was 100% on board with every decision I made, provided his opinion when asked, and exactly 1 month to the day after I met him, we’ve sold my condo and I’ve bought my dream home!Steve was with me every step of the way, answering texts, emails and calls. The staging company he works with is top notch. In fact, I didn’t even talk to his office until they called to cancel a showing because my property was conditionally sold!
