Liz is very professional and outstanding. I came in to follow up with a tool replacement warranty. It had been over a year and no one called me. Apparently the tools came in and was just sitting in the back collecting dust and they have my phone number, no calls.Only reason why I give 5 stars is because Liz was very delightful. I noticed one of the tools was incorrect and Liz accommodated me immediately so I don't have to make a second trip back.Thank you Liz!! You are the best!

Store management does not believe in customers being able to move around the store like we always have. Cannot buy from the garden centre and in-store at the same cash: access blocked. Cannot access the garden centre from the store: access blocked. Cannot access the store from the automotive service area: access blocked. Cannot access the washroom from the automotive service waiting area: access blocked.Infuriating management.

As long as you don't have any questions or are ordering anything online from here, then it's a decent store. If you do have questions or have ordered online, this place is garbage. The staff doesn't really care and really seem to not want to be there at all. The staff also have little knowledge of the products or location of products within the store. I will only use this store when I know exactly what I need and can get in and out without having to deal with anyone. One nice thing is the cashiers are nice, they also seemed to not want to be there as well but at least they were nice.

I had a pretty good experience with the Automotive department at the Stockyards. I requested a coolant flush and fill and it came to ~$150 after tax which was pretty reasonable. I was quoted $260 at another garage in the area. The service was completed in an hour on a Sunday afternoon and the customer service was pretty good. I would recommend this location as the service was friendly, efficient and fairly priced.I gave a 4/5 star review because the prices are readily advertised in the store but difficult to search online. I had to call to receive a quote which is reasonable but I feel like it should be available online for such a large company. It can be difficult to reach the Automotive department when they are busy so having more info online would allow for a better experience.

Just go to the Home Depot across the parking lot. This location takes your bag at the front now instead of actually trying to effectively deal with thieves. Don't be rude about this to the staff on the floor, they clearly hate it too, this is a poor upper/middle management decision.

Large parking lot. Very large, well-lit, and spacious Canadian Tire. Great variety of products. Well kept store. They have a scooter/wheelchair if needed by customers. There is an auto service centre, Service Ontario, and small convenience-type store with lottery and key cutting inside. There is an online order pickup tower which looks really cool, I'd love to try it out. A little frustrating to ask about stock and find that their records online/in their system for 3 different products are actually not accurate to what they could find in the store when I wanted to purchase them. Nice to see their charitable endeavors. They have a pay coffee/hot chocolate machine as well. Sports trading card vending machine by the exit. Neat location. Usually a hot dog vendor outside as well.
