Truly terrible condescending customer service. I left upset without purchasing anything. Don't go if you have any food allergies. When I asked whether a drink had dairy in it I was told whatever is listed is what's in it"

Ordered a Spinach is in it and got a purple/red smoothie.I asked about it as I have ordered many times before and it is always green. Person serving said it is always red..I looked online as well it shows as green. There is no spinach in my spinach is in it! Disappointed!! Especially when I point it out to them and they argue. terrible customer service

The service at this location is horrible. Its not the first time the Asian lady that works there is very rude and makes it very obvious she hates her job. I got no greeting, no hello, no thank you, no how can I help you, nothing. I don't even get one word out of her. She is like this every time I go. It's unfortunate because I love booster juice but wont be going back. Change your staff or lose customers

The employee was super nice and friendly. Also there was a bit more left in the blender and she poured it in a cup for my husband instead of wasting it as she said it would go down the drain!" She was awesome and provided customer service!"

Was there on the afternoon of May 25th 2022. The service was absolutely terrible. When asking which one of the drinks had no yogurt, the lady just said I placed it the way you ordered it, then switched the drinks around. When my Co-Worker went back to complain to her in person, the lady just complained about not being tipped and asked if she was trying to get her fired.

Yesterday, November 12 2020, early in the afternoon an employee of that booster juice made a public complaint that almost cost me my job. I was respectful and I barely said 5 words to her. She's probably a new employee because I never saw her beforeI was wearing a Canadian flag with the thin Blue line across it. I support law enforcement which is why I wear it. She probably had a problem with law enforcement and took it out on me. Over the years, no one have ever made a complaint about it. I've spent well over 200$ at that booster juice. Booster juice on Slater St in Ottawa, you have lost me as a customer for ever. My work reputation is ruined.Thanks
