Dave's Snowmobile Repair

They should change the name to Dave's outdoor snowmobile storage because my sled sat out in his yard since July to the middle of November... My sled was picked up in July and I was originally told it wouldn't be looked at until September which I was understanding about. I called in September and was rudely told my snowmobile hasn't been looked at yet and they would get to it next month.Long story short every month I called and was given a new excuse on why it wasn't ready yet. Still though I remained polite and respectful even though I wasn't given the same courtesy because I just wanted my sled serviced and sent back to me. Dave finally told me in November I would be better off bringing it to another shop because he's too busy to work on it now. He told me he would drop it back off to me but couldn't give me any date or estimate on when he could drop it back off to me... I finally had to pay another, much better shop to pick it up and they had it ready for me and back at my house within 2 days!Don't waste your time with these guys, they won't respect it.

Great bunch of knowledgeable guys. They wouldn't let me fix a chainsaw. They said it wouldn't be worth the repair cost.....And they didn't try to sell me another one. He said I should think it over and come back. Honesty and not pushy, how refreshing.

At September, I sent my snow blower to the shop, after 2 months waiting and several times push, they said everything was OK, I got my machine. But they don't change belt according to my suggestions, they thought the machine was good, I paid 150$, When I used it 10 days ago for the first time, the machine still can't blow out snow. Just not professional.

Best place for chainsaws and equipment, small engine sales and repair. My organization gets all our chainsaw gear and PPE at Dave's. Great selection.

Very impressed with this crew. Wasn’t able to drop off or pick up my ride on , no problem, the did that , warned me they were backed up 2 weeks, no problem got back in one week. Very responsive, very helpful, affordable service ! Highly recommend! Thanks guys , much appreciated, Darin.

I have been a customer there for around 20 years. They are a local family business. Hard working and professional. I’ll be in to order a chainsaw this week.

Very bad attitude and bad service. I have a trimmer need to be repair and took it to the store at July. They called me at August and said they will need to order a part for fixing, and I agreed. I made few calls at September and October, the answer is always they are still waiting the part to be arrive. At November, I went to store and ask same question again, they told me that I never said ok to order the part, so they didn't do anything. They return my trimmer without any apologize. Now I want to ask is, if I never agree to order part, why store kept my machine for months? Why no one call me again? Why not say the same things when I made calls before? If I never went to store again, you guys want to kept my trimmer for years?

the best place getting equipment fixed and it all nicely fixed as new again thats why i am gonna contintue takeing my machines there for repairs :) plus im gonna be happy purchesing the brand new 16.5hp dr multi machine with attachments included wich dave and derryl and the crew are awsome great guys work with :) and its gonna be my money well invested for the right equipment for the applications

The people who served me were rude and accusatory. I would not recommend at all.
