Terrible customer service never seen a store manager with this attitude and when I was talking with he said call customer service. Surprised that this happened at RW & Co

I used to have a lot of luck finding clothes for work and events with a business casual dress code at this store, but the past couple seasons have been very disappointing. Much of the clothing is poor quality and overpriced given the shoddy workmanship. Items that should be lined often are not, materials look and/ or feel cheap, basic items like skirts, slacks, and blazers are not cut well anymore. As per this particular location, they do not seem to order a great deal of stock in any given item. Whenever I do find something I would like to buy, it does not seem to be in stock in my size- and I am a women's medium/ size 8-10, not an obscure size whatsoever. This particular shopping trip was no exception. In the entire store. I found one top that I would wear, and they only had it in an extra small. The sales staff were practically non-existent, it took me quite a while to find someone to help me and when I did they were fairly apathetic, not at all eager to assist, and generally seemed displeased to be there. This brand used to be one of my go-tos but I would no longer recommend it, and even if you are still fond of their clothing, this location is definitely not your best option in the area. Judging by the fact that the store was close to empty on a Sunday (and other clothing stores in the same strip were busy), I'll assume that others feel the same way too. It's a shame, this used to be a great chain and a good location.

Great store it has a really nice and good selection of suits but I wish I could say the same about dress shirts and ties, the selection for those are really limited.

Super good clothes, big fan for last 15 yrs. Store staff is very unhappy and poor service. Need some cheerful faces there.

Such a terrible selection, everything is for tiny people, nothing is long or exceptionally nice to even pick up.

“RW & CO.”Have been to this store once or twice but the extras not that good. Specially the staff here is not so helpful, recently I visited and an asian girl was there and she was not at all in a mood to help me with my online orders.But that’s ok , these three stars are for RW&CO. but not this store.Happy Shopping!!

Easy to find what you need with great customer support that was easy to get a hold of.

I had one of the best shopping experiences at this store thanks to Joanne and Vibhu! It was past closing time on a Tuesday evening and these two ladies were so patient and made sure that I would find the best outfit to go back to office. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers!

Horrible customer service, especially the store manager or shift manager (whoever that was) had a massive amount of attitude problems. For the paid customers, he shows rude behaviour and unfriendly service. Not only that, the rude behaviour also discouraged me to shop for the rest of the day and impacted negatively! I would never recommend this particular branch to anyone !!
