Horrible service, Improperly trained staff, and when I got my food I found there were pieces of eggshell in it. I wish I could post lower than one star. Horrible service every single time when ordering online and in-person, and no regard for consumers either apparently. Don't go here.

Please write the names on orders. I don’t like to open sandwiches one by one to see which is mine! Also the kiosk screen needs to be updated faster. I ate my sandwich, yet my name is on “in progress”.I gave 4 star cuz overall I’m satisfied with this Tim and its friendly staff. But I’d like to notice this changes soon

I have been to this location several times. I know it's hard to find staff. However, the last year; the premises have been digustigly filthy. With covid/flu season, can you not clean the tables properly? The staff are standing around talking. The floor was gross, & washrooms. I will need to find another location. As the last 3 times I was there, I had to ask them if they could wipe the chairs & tables that had food all over them. Half a job with a dry cloth just pushing the particles of food around.

Your “express kiosks” that you want us to use doesn’t even work. The screens on them don’t respond to touch and even trying to use the accessibility features it doesn’t work or respond to the physical buttons consistently. If you have a big sign telling us to use them then maybe make sure they’re in working order.

Food never ends up at the same spot, most days im left waiting at the counter for 10 minutes only to be told my food was at the other end, completely different from the day before

Walk in 12 people in line, 5 staff behind the counter, 1 doing the cash and making coffee while the others are avoiding eye contact. 10 minutes to get a tea, unreal.

I always get great service at this Tim Hortons. Ordered a couple of take 12s and a whole lot of timbits for an event about an hour in advance. The order was available when I arrived and I got help to carry the coffee and tea to my car. Thanks!

I waited over 17 minutes for a coffee and a bagel, while large groups of people who ordered 10 minutes AFTER me got their orders faster. There is another gentlemen who has been waiting even longer than me. There is five staff members running around like chickens with their head cut off. Management seems non existent. Worst Tim Hortons location in Burlington and they are consistently slow I’m never returning to this location

With the exception of the young lady working this morning the entire staff treat you like they hate you.One register was closed with a sign saying to use a self serve kiosk. Service was painfully slow anyone ordering food was waiting roughly 15 mins.The mean looking old lady taking my order death stared me the entire time I was at the counter. I said thank you and she didn't acknowledge or say you're welcome just continued to angrily stare me down.The only lady making breakfast sandwiches stopped what she was doing to shout at customers in line to move the line to the other side of a partition. She also slathered a heaping pile of butter onto my breakfast sandwich which doesn't come with butter, sandwich was dripping when I got to work.Previous times I'd been to this location were fine, won't be returning.

“Our dark roast machine is broken today and we don’t have dark roast coffee!”They literally have like three (or more) brewers… just use a different machine… no?
