Working with David and his staff was a pleasant experience during a very stressful time. David's knowledge in family law is extraordinary. Never once did he lead me into anything without my knowing all that could go wrong.. I was angry and wanted what I thought my kids deserved but David would never lead me astray. Instead he'd reel me back in and give me the honest hard truth. He is not the kind of lawyer that pushes and promises more, instead he is the exact opposite. Through his honesty and integrity he helped me through a hard time with results I was happy with. I fully recommend David to anyone in need with family law.

Mr.Kolinsky was the first lawyer I had ever hired(Family Law). I did not have anyone else to compare his work to. Either he did not care or he lacked competencies when it came to Family Law. When we had meetings(phone or in person) he would sometimes completely ignore questions and go silent during our dialogue. It was awkward.I had put my trust in him because of the great reviews I had read here but he lead me down a difficult path by convincing me to sign an unreasonable offer from a Narcissistic coparent. He did give me discounts and waved off the last bill but that doesn't help when you have to hire another Lawyer to clean up his mess.His assistant Cheryl was great though. Very kind, informative, quick to respond and gkt things done. She would have probably done a better Job than David.I'm not denying any other reviews left here. Mr. Kolinsky may have served other people well but my experience does not relate to any of these 4-5 Star reviews.I'm not the type to leave poor reviews but I feel like some of these great reviews could be misleading. Upon my experience, David was extremely helpful with my case. Professional, friendly and diligent with their work. Treated my case like I was family. Out of other experiences, this was by far the best one I have had. Very pleased with their service and would recommend to anyone.

I got a divorce over the 2020 year and Mr Kolinsky was there to help me navigate through everything. I found the price reasonable and the information to be invaluable; the stress of divorce was taken to 0 as I went through everything. The end result was fair between both parties.You could go through a cheaper lawyer but they probably will not be as fast or be able to give feedback as well as Mr Kolinsky.I would also take not that his receptionist was able to field a lot of my questions and was perfect for filtering out important ones to Mr Kolinsky. Excellent work across all people at his firm.

David Kolinsky is very knowledgeable and kind his staff are also very supportive. David successfully helped me go through difficult times as a new resident in Canada and secured my residency here. His pricing is very reasonable. Years later I needed advice on another topic and David was there to help in anyway needed. I highly recommend Kolinsky law to anyone needing help with family law and immigration.

Highly recommended. Mr Kolinsky is very honest, professional and hard working attorney, i had divorce and child custody matter he get me very favorable results. He is not the one who gave false hopes , he tell you likely outcome from his experience in your first meeting most probably results would be same.
