This place is the best place I’ve ever dealt with for flooring and installation. Todd is responsive, reliable, honest and patient, and has an amazing selection. His installers are skilled and hard working. They did such great work at my mom’s house that whenever she sees any contractor doing work anything less than perfectly she remarks, “they’re no inspiration flooring.” Here is a picture of the most recent engineered floor install to replace the carpet, which they did start to finish. After I remarked a piece looked defective, the installer removed the floor back to the bad piece and replaced it. That’s quality service.

Inspiration Flooring helped us get back into our house for Christmas. Unfortunately, a major leak ruined much of our flooring a couple weeks before Christmas and insurance was unable to repair before the new year. We opted to find our own contractor and recieved a referral for Kim at Inspiration Flooring. Kim worked extremely quickly and efficiently to help us pick out floors and organize a speedy installation. She made the process easy and stress free. Installers were professional and clean and did a great job. We love the floors. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience working with Kimberley Skow and her team on my bathroom renovation. The finished product is stunning and the tiles are beautiful and high quality. Customer service was top notch from beginning through project completion. Thank you!

We have been working with Kim Skow at Inspiration Flooring for about a year now. She is truly amazing. Kim not only helped with our selections for flooring but she also helped us color coordinate paint colors, tiles, cabinets (Kim came to the warehouse with us when we were selecting cabinets. We showed her the granite counter tops we had selected and Kim went from there. She helped coordinate cabinet styles, colors for each room, handles, etc) We've never had a contractor go above and beyond as much as Kim has. Kim truly loves her job and cares for her clients. I don't know how many times I've called Kim and asked her questions on colors, design, etc, Kim is always more than happy to help us and give us her thoughts on our ideas, etc. We know our new house is going to be awesome and fantastic. All of the staff and especially Todd have gone above and beyond to help me. They were happy to show me all the products and get me all of the paperwork needed for my picky condo board before I have even purchased the flooring. I have a estimate scheduled for next week and will be booking the install for the beginning of September! I can't wait to see my new flooring.BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE HERE.

I had a very positive experience with Inspiration Flooring & Design. Kim's service extended beyond being a carpet supplier and installer; she really was our advisor. She guided us through the entire process, even offering to come by and consult us on the best option aesthetically. The installation process was also seamless. I highly recommend Inspiration to anyone looking for qualified guidance on a flooring revamp!

Beware- this company deletes poor reviews!! I reviewed this company a few years ago after a truly horrible experience, however when I looked for my past review, it’s gone! I wonder what other reviews have been deleted? There is no way this is a nearly 5-star business.If Abdul is still the owner- buyer beware! We had floors installed that were purchased and installed by Inspiration Flooring that failed almost immediately after install. Nobody wanted to take responsibility- and we were left with the issue after paying them. The floors had to be ripped out and started over. We also had issue with carpet. Very difficulty to communicate with & incredibly dishonest.

I visited the show room, took about 10 minutes to be greeted, there was no other people in the store. A gentleman with a heavy accent finally arrived instantly asking’ what I was looking for’ never even bothered to say hello. The service was absolutely the worst I’ve yet to see. The gentleman I mentioned was not professional at all and his customer service ability was far from being professional not too mention the only thing he was concerned about was trying to sell me the lowest quality product they had. I took my business elsewhere. I will never return back to this place even if they offered it to me for free.
