Had a tech come out to my place and did some diagnosis. Told me how sure he was that it was just our well pump that had an issue. Told me he'd make it over, 4 days later to do the job. Tech stopped answering phone calls and texts that he would answer before, the day came along of the scheduled work and we got a complete no show and no answers from calls. I called another company that same day and they were able to come out to me the very next day, and determined that my pressure tank was also pooched. The misdiagnosis isn't what deserved the 1 star, the complete ghosting is what did. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I bought a foreclosure and the house had a water pump - two weeks after buying my wife got a call from Johnson saying they had moved our pump" and wanted us to pay a bill. We refused and said that we had not authorized anyone to touch our pump - apparently they had a contract with the company maintaining the house for the bank. They then threatened to take our pump if we didn't pay the bill - we explained that we bought the house as a foreclosure and had no service agreement with them
