We have tried a few of the competitors out there for our home security, and Telsco are by far heads and shoulders above everyone else in the business. The installer Heiko was knowledgeable, quick, and took the time to review the installation and how to manage our system. We have had a few alarms with our smoke detector, which required a service call, and the call centre staff and technician were thorough and easy to work with. I highly recommend Telsco.

I recently had to deal with Telsco for the first time with my alarm being set off during the night. They were so quick to respond and extremely helpful. They were very helpful in solving the issue realizing in the end it was a malfunction in my fire alarm going off as I’m in a new place and didn’t know what was happening. Even though in the end it wasn’t their alarm they never made me feel bad for taking up their time, in fact they told me to be safe and to call if I needed them. Awesome customer service! I’m glad I chose this company! No regrets!

Amazing service, had them out to do up a quote for a new security system. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and even after the visit responded very timely to all our emails. Excellent customer service

Telsco came out for a service call to check out some of our smoke detectors. Telsco was more than accommodating with my frequently changing schedule. Patrick was the tech. on the job. He was thorough, professional and answered any questions I had. I've been a long time Telsco user for monitored security, and its nice to know I can rely on them for security and service!
