Friendly staff. The flower arrangements are not my taste (lilies, mums & gerberas; similar to the grocery store) but they have a good selection of annuals & house plants plants in spring and summer.

I had an awesome experience with North Van Florist. Even though I called them after 4 pm they were able to still do a same day delivery. Service was professional and prompt and the flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend.

After my previous negative experiences I swore I’d never come back here but they had yellow pansies as well as hydrangeas which which are my favourite and hard to find. I should have walked away. The plants had bugs (aphids) that killed those plants and continued to spread to my other plants. NEVER AGAIN!Overpriced and poor customer service. They push more expensive stuff on you rather than asking about your preferences and get mad at you when you select a less expensive option.

My friend gave me a bouquet exactly a week ago today. They were so beautiful and fresh and still are. Thanks for using quality products.

What is the florist’s problem? I went in and asked the girl at the cash if she could help me pick out flowers for a custom bouquet - I showed her a reference photo. She was nice but as she started to help me, the florist walked over and firmly said they won’t be able to do what I want and I have to pick one of the bouquets she made… Well, I was not in the market for an obnoxiously-coloured & field-flower-heavy bouquet but rather a specific white rose based one with an accent colour.I’m sad to boycott this place as it’s the nearest to where I live but I don’t feel like arguing with rude retail clerks.4 stars only because I hope the woman can look within and change her attitude.

The Christmas flowers I bought last mont and these lil cheer me ups after spending two hours at the banks! This shop gives out great calendars too!’

Came here on a recommendation from my boyfriend where he buys my exotic arrangements. This is my 2nd negative experience. The first was a 1 off and I thought it was just an error but after this I will not be returning or referring.... I had called in the morning and the girl who answered let me know to come in and talk to the florist as I had a specific design in mind. What I wanted was a flower piece to cover the top of a champagne bottle, using Oasis as the sponge, and using specific flowers. I had made one the night before at home, but the only difference was mine was in plastic. I would happily have paid from $150 to 200 for something like this, as I can understand that it's not the easiest arrangement put to put together. I explained to the florist what I was looking for, showed pictures, and she didn't even let me finish before she shook her head and said no. When I asked her why, she didn't have a valid reason. I asked the girl at cash if I could purchase the Oasis from them, which they were kind enough to sell me. Off I went home with my flowers and Oasis and feeling quite upset of how I was brushed off, but eager to start my project with limited time. I was able to recreate what I wanted fairly easily, and with little mess at home. The success of your business lies in how you treat people. It's not what you say, but how you say it. I would recommend some customer training for the staff that were on site that day, I would rather pay 10x more and be treated like a human than a number in your door. (You're not the only florist around!) I completed what I was after, in 30 minutes.. i would not recommend as a neighborhood florist, there's better help at safeway. I attached pictures for your reference on what you couldnt accomplish..... If you want to remain an integral part of the community, do better North Van Florist.

I have dealt with North Van Florist for many years and they supply beautiful flowers combined with excellent and reliable delivery service. Most recipients mention later how long the flowers lasted too. This weekend they went over and above normal service to deliver in time for an 85th Birthday for me! Highly recommended.

I had pre purchased a premiumbouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday. They had asked when I would need them by and they were ready for when I came to pick them up. They look beautiful and she was very very happy with them. Will be back again! Thank you very much
