Canadian Springs - Plant Facility
Deliveries are always on time and the automatic call that comes the day before reminding to leave empties out is great! Drivers are very responsive to notes left with changes and are usually friendly. If there is ever an issue, I find customer service easy to reach and usually resolve the issue. That said, I have encountered a couple of rude drivers & wasn't happy with being deprived of water because my account was in arrears for the first time (due to a move & no notice was given or warning that I was in arrears). So they have made mistakes, however, 99.9% of the time they are great.

Been a customer for many years and Canadian Springs has been excellent. Always punctual, friendly and nice. The water is enjoyed by staff and patients. Highly recommend them for their products and service.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had. I have 3 business in Richmond and Vancouver these guys don’t make deliveries on time, they don’t show up at all sometimes, AND THEN THEY BILL ME FOR IT. I have cancelled my account and I still got another bill for a delivery we didn’t receive.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES. We’ve been their customer for years and it’s nothing but headaches. They have no local customer service, no local management, no one to talk to of you have a problem.You will save time and money just buying and returning your own jugs to a grocery store, I promise you.

Probably one of the most disorganized and unresponsible company i have delt with. First of all the customer service has no power to change deliveries. The website shows afternoon delivery till 5 pm when you sign up but they only delivery to 3 pm in Burnaby. I also called in to complain as i was delivered the wrong type of water and they told me the company chooses the type of water they deliver to you do not select it on your profile. This is weird because the water that you select when you first set up your profile doesn't save, nor do they contact you to confirm preferences before the second delivery. It weird because i haven't subscribed to a company that decides for the customer before. They scheduled for a pick up for the wrongly delivered water but then never showed up. Customer service also forgot to schedule a delivery for water until i reminded them.There is a lot more to say but at this point i will start looking for another water company. Cant complain about the spring water though, it is good.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! We have been with them for over 10 years and recently we have requested water delivery for over 8 weeks not to mention asking them to pick up 12 empty bottles that have been sitting waiting for pickup!! Kept on calling them and scheduling deliveries only for them no to show up. We would call back again to have another scheduled delivery and AGAIN no show!! We finally requested to directly speak to a supervisor and told him our frustrations and he promised to expedite our water delivery and that we would have it the next day. We waited and NOTHING AGAIN!!! Called back and we were told that apparently our delivery was cancelled instead of scheduled. We scheduled another delivery ( this has been going on to week 8) which was again promised for Tuesday and you guessed it! NOTHING AGAIN!! Called back today and asked to speak to a supervisor again and was put on hold only to be transferred to another associate that was not a supervisor and started asking me information to validate the account. Once I gave them my information for the 10th time I was then notified that a supervisor was not available and that apparently our account was closed over a week ago because it does not work with their route. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND STRESS AND DON'T HIRE THEM!!! I have never seen a company run this horribly with such embarrassing customer service!!! We are switching our water provider TODAY!!

If I can rate negative stars, I would. I rented 1 water cooler and ordered 2 5-gallons bottled waters on their website. They kept delaying the delivery date. Finally they delivered 3 5-gallons waters to me and I asked them where was the water cooler I rented. They told me they don’t have the cooler so they replaced it with a bottled water. Could they take a moment to think about why I ordered a water cooler? BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE ONE! WHY I NEED A EXTRA BOTTLE WATER WITHOUT A WATER COOLER MAN? And they told me it would take about weeks to get the water cooler to be delivered. I said it would be to long. The customer service RECOMMENDED me to cancel my account and told me to call the delivery guy for returning the waters. They guy came pick the water and I never get the refund and I sent an email to them again. They said there was NO evidence that I had returned my bottle waters and they don’t have returned policy, therefore NO REFUND CAN BE MADE and I couldn’t even get my 67 dollars back. If they don’t have a return policy why would their customer service wanted me to call the delivery guy for picking up the bottled waters at the first place? Ridiculous.

How come there is no zero star?Wow I'm surprised at how these guys operate. It's really something. Their customer service keep apologizing and tell us they will fix their mistakes and their dispatch/delivery never do anything after their promise and another promise. Canadian Springs, don't use that name. Don't tell your neighbours and friends where you work. Shame.**don't put your response here by saying we're very sorry..." Canadian Springs have no intention to correct their mistakes nor bear responsibility.Avoiding is the best."

Terrible service. They promise delivery dates and change them without informing you. My staff were left without the expected water delivery over the weekend despite the fact that I called to confirm on Monday and Wednesday prior. I would never recommend this company.

Awful company. We have 14 empty uncollected bottles that have been here for months. Poor communication. No idea what their doing in admin. Drivers are great by the way

We had an account with this company for over 10 years and they always had issues but it got so bad towards our last few months with them that we lost count of how many deliveries they missed.With no proper or logical explanations, we found out that the company was prioritizing bigger deliveries and accounts like offices over thier smaller household ones without any regard for their longtime loyal and paying costumers.They are all liers and croocks from thier drivers down to thier office staff and their top management.They over charged our account twice by mistake and once when there was no payment due because no delivery had been made for five weeks.It caused a huge headache in addition to extra fees and charges by making other payments late or be missed in our account.About just $90 in added feesWe never recovered these founds and at the end they also defrauded us out of $100 in deposits for bottles that we personally returned to thier crook driver.It was our mistake for trusting him because he had delivered our water for 10 years.No apologies no accountability and no ethics with these people! Stay away thier water is not worth the stress and grief!
