The compressor failed on our LG refrigerator and we arranged service through iCare, one of the LG-approved service providers. Arranging a time for a service call was easy to do via the website. A few days prior to the appointment, they called offering us an earlier date. The technician was a very pleasant fellow who explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions about the unit. Replacement of the compressor was done quickly and well. I don't wish for another service call, but if I have to arrange one, I would gladly have iCare back to do the work.

My LG fridge wasn't working (cooling). I booked a service with iCare and the technician who came was very professional. He thoroughly checked everything, explained to me the issue, and suggested a compressor replacement. The technician knew his work and he took about an hour to put in a new compressor. Thank you for excellent service!

Our LG refrigerator broke down within 5 years of purchase. To repair it, we got for the LG flat rate plan and made a repair request through iCare. The technician called first and showed up slightly earlier than the appointment. It took him about one hour to diagnose the problem and replace the compressor. Now the repaired LG refrigerator is back running properly. Will see how long lasts.

The price was a little steep (just under $800) to repair a compressor that was still under warranty, but they came and fixed the problem in a timely manner before all our food went bad and the work does appears to be of quality standard as our refrigerator is working like normal now. I would recommend this service, they are punctual and do proper follow ups after the fact.

Great company, highly recommend for Appliance Repaid. I had them over to replace the compressor of an LG fridge. It was a super positive experience, from the time of reaching out to book an appointment, to when the technician finished the work. I had spoken with a couple of other companies, and I would 100% go with iCare again, if I had to.

Karim repaired my gas oven, which door was not closing properly; he was clean, caring and efficient. The entire experience, from the booking to the service, was easy and stress free. Karim also shown flexibility by checking the door of my fridge and not charging, since it was a real fast visual check.

My LG refrigerator stopped working and I called LG for guidance on repairing it. They connected me with iCare Appliance Repair Inc. Nick, the repair technician from iCare , was very professional, arrived when he said he would, answered our questions and determined we needed a new compressor. He replaced the compressor (still under warranty) and left contact information should we need any further assistance. The repair cost was covered by LG, so no paper work on our end.
