Ultimate Bath Systems completely replaced our old tiled shower and fixtures with a beautiful new shower stall with glass doors which we love. The work was completed by Danny and Darren in one day with no mess. From the quote process with Chris to the installation and finishing, these brothers were a joy to work with. These days it’s rare to find a company that cares for its customers afterwards but a few minor issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. I

The work performed by this company is great. In one day they removed our old tub, drywall and fixtures and replaced with a new tub, wallboard and fixtures. A total new and beautiful transformation. The owner/salesman answered all of our questions we asked him in the showroom. His brother is one of the installers. He came back when the tub doors we ordered were delivered and finished the installation with a professional look. You will not be disappointed with Ultimate Bath Systems.

Exceptional service from the team at Ultimate Bath Systems.At the initial visit for estimate quote, Danny and Chris gave us good practical advice and described how the work would progress.The technicians, Daryl and Brandon, arrived on time with all the parts and equipment required to complete the job. The old tub, wall surround and drywall was removed. Copper pipes were replaced to accommodate the new repositioned shower head and control valve. The floor was reinforced and the new tub, new drywall, wall surround and fixtures were installed. The work was completed in one day as scheduled.The technician’s workmanship was excellent. They were friendly and professional. They took the time to make sure that the shower head was at the right height for both family members. The final appearance was excellent. All caulking was perfectly done.All parts used in the remodel were very high quality. The bathroom looks immaculate now. I highly recommend Ultimate Bath Systems.

We had a very small stand-alone shower in an awkward location in our upstairs bathroom. We were referred to Ultimate Bath Systems by a group on Facebook. It was the best experience from start to finish!! Recently replaced a tiled shower in the basement. Quite a lot of demo involved. Very happy to recommend Ultimate Bathrooms (Hartzel rd st. Catharines) Fantastic job. Installers were on time, and worked very hard on both days and left the bathroom cleaned up and ready to use! I had a new tub and shower installed by this company and I have nothing but praise for the workmanship and products used. Dealing with Chris was easy and pleasant. He came to measure twice. His prices are so much better than other bath places. His workers were pleasant, hardworking and respectful. Best company we have ever had the pleasure to work with. The owners Chris and Mike go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. We hired them to replace our bathtub with a shower. They did a fantastic job it looked beautiful, however we realized it was too small we thought we were getting a 36 and due to miscommunication we got a 32" . To our amazement they said "no problem we will order the 36" and will be back as soon as it arrives and replace it. True to their word they were back in two weeks and replaced it. I contracted Ultimate Bath Systems to renovate my downstairs bathroom for my parents in April 2022. We had a huge spa tub and wanted to replace it with a walk in shower. Danny and Chris were amazing to work with - they were highly responsive and attentive. It was a big purchase and they made me feel so comfortable knowing that I could count on them and their customer service to support the project. Brandon and Daryl who worked on the washroom were fantastic as well. Everyone was super friendly and kind, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves each day.
