If you are looking for a specific type of printing such as wood or glasses, it is the best place that you could go. I had just the idea of what I needed to print on the wood for my bedroom, they sat with me and explored another idea as well. The items are supposed to be delivered on a specific date. Unfortunately, I got sick and I could not pick them up. The owner sent me the two pieces of wood prints free of charge by mail. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AMAZINGLY PATIENT people. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I worked with Afra printing last year and once more this year for two very special events for our family. They do laser printing on acrylics, foam boards and so much more. It has been such a relief to find an all around print service that provides a great turnaround and little headache! Way better than staples or any other printing store I have worked with. EDIT: To respond to the owner's comment. You DO print on paper, because I came into your print shop ahead of time to see what paper you can print the work on as you had samples and we discussed soft touch for cover and another type for internal pages. Own up to the fact that you ignored my request because either you were too busy or the job just wasn't big enough. All you had to do was be honest with me and tell me then that you are out of capacity, because your ignorance cost me $600 for 10 small booklets at another shop as it was last minute request by that point. Thanks.Terrible customer service and no integrity or ethics. I sent an email about an order I needed to print in a week by a specific date, which was very important for me. No one responded EVER. I called and owner said they'll respond to the request soon and I reminded him that I needed it for a specific date that week. I emailed again to follow up and no response. When I called again, the owner insulted my graphic designer, because she forgot to put margins for printing. I told him I'll pay to add them and asked him not to insult her. I never ended up getting anything from them and no response even 2 weeks later. I had to go and do 2 days order in another place for which I had to pay extra, because of incompetence and false promises of this shop. I have no idea how this place is still in business.
