Well that was strange. I went to 6900 Decarie and could not find their office. I called and a lady told me she would call someone to call me back. I waited and waited. After a good 10 - 15 minutes I called back to say I was waiting outside in my car. She told me to wait someone would call me back. After 20 minutes I decided to go to the key place on Rue Verdun where I got terrific instant service, no phone calls, nice people! About 1-2 hours later I got a call from these Autocle folks with an apology ... good thing I didn't wait!!! Go figure ...Thank you for your response ... I did not see your office even though I walked around looking ... my mistake. I also did not know a rendez vous was necessary ... again, my mistake. The stars only reflect my sitting around waiting and waiting for the call for the call., not for making my keys. Thanks anyways.

Dan from tech department helped diagnose an issue that otherwise would have costed me 4x the price at the dealership & also found that the issue with my key was in fact not the key at all but an electrical short from the battery being slightly corroded. He recommended what to do and it fixed the issue. Very satisfied always there to help you get the quickest and most effective solutions!

He was a brilliant human being because he know about everything like how to deal with the new customers and also great understanding with the situation of the customers. To see the overview they are doing great service with well manners and nice voice.

The gentleman was prompt, courteous and willing to help. He boosted my battery and got me on my way! He wasn’t interested in charging money or selling me something I didn’t need! Who does that these days! Check them out!
