I tried to get some basic information about a home that they built. I spoke to two different people and was and also left a messages and it's now a month later and I still don't have that information and more importantly haven't received as much as a phone call back.. I would completely understand if the the information was not available although I would expect that to be communicated to me so I could move on. I would be very worried about buying a home from these guys.

Worst construction company out there they built my house and we have had nothing but problems they would have a negative star if possible leaking pipes loose pipes leaking toilet replacement of boards on deck the worst i have ever seen mike holmes would have a heydayDon't buy from them or get a really good home inspector

My wife and I recently bought a bare land property in the Okanagan valley and have been dealing with Chaparral now for a few months now. The communication, information and advice they have provided to us has been amazing. The level of professionalism has been outstanding and our final designs are near completion. Writing on behalf of Rod Cook.My elderly father purchased a Chaparral home 2015 and absolutely loves it to this day. However, he recently had an issue with the clothes dryer venting and had an HVAC mechanical company up on two occasions to diagnose the problem but to no avail.Finally, a call to Chaparral resulted in an immediate response and the problem fixed within a day by a couple of the most professional, pleasant technicians you'd ever meet. Chaparral did all of this 8 years after the home was purchased. It doesn't get any better.Rod Cook
