Stay away. That is what I can say. Very nice people but very aggressive sales. Sales person just want to sell you products, had no clue if you actually need them. Makes up stories and tell you what you want to hear, but then the technician shows up and tell you a whole different story. Buy the right water treatment equipment shouldn’t be this hard, and it is not. Just companies want to sell you what they think you need, in reality you may not need it. They don’t train people before sending they out on sales calls.

We have dealt with John C on numerous occasions from Culligan.If you ever wanted an ideal employee……he is the guy!I have been so disappointed with the service industry/ contractors in the Kingston area.John is the exception!I hear he is progressing upward in the organization…..it is well deserved!Keep up the great work!

Always kind and polite, very easy to deal with. Explains packages very well and deliveries are flawless. It is wonderful to have someone carry the heavy water jugs for you saving time and effort. I have moved from different cities and it was easy to transfer my file and continue receiving the great water. Consistent water supply, flavor etc. is very important as changes can have an effect on your gut health and reactions and also that of your pets. Culligan, the best water I can ask for.

Amazing service year after year with timely appointments even though I live an hour away. Only negative would be the cost of replacement for bulb and filters and service on my UV system but a small price considering the piece of mind knowing my well water is always safe to drink.
