McNicoll Manor

I cannot even place one star for this place but I need to in order to do a review. McNicoll Manor aims at Chinese seniors and is a retirement residence with horrible management. The building is dated with no major renovation. It is old and dirty in the public area and rooms. RATS are around and eat the food dropped onto the floor. The staff is aware of the pest issue but they only tell residents not to eat in rooms. Meals are the same as the long term care home downstairs. Food quality is poor.If you love your senior, don't even go to check this place.
