it has been now 3 years since i purchased a matress from the woodbridge location, i am so glad i did, i was about to purchase from sleep country canada, for almost triple the price,,for a similar extra firm matress.. to this day it is still nice and firm,no sagging at the edges, it it not a name brand matress but rather their house brand, SINCLAIR model i think it is,,i highly recomend it, sometimes more expensive does not mean better, i had a matress which i paid 1300 and lasted 5 years, i paid less than half at sleep factory and i am happy with it, i have better nights of sleep

I came across this store after a bad experience at another mattress store that will not be named (but starts with an S and rhymes with leep ountry). There were no cheap sales tactics at the Sleep Factory. The experience I have had with all of the associated is one of kindness, great knowledge of the products and most importantly honestly. The service I receive was excellent from the moment I walked in to the delivery of our mattress. I would highly recommend this store and company to anyone looking to buy a new mattress and is tired of being tried to be sold a used car...I mean mattress.

Needed a custom size foam mattress made for a fold out sofa bed. Contacted Nick via the web request form. He was very helpful, prompt and customer service oriented.Working with our measurements they created the perfect replacement mattress for our sofa bed.The mattress was produced in exactly the time frame promised. Picked it up today and its top quality, exactly the size we ordered and it fits/folds up perfectly. Comfy too!Highly recommend Sleep Factory for custom mattress work!

Extremely good service. After ordering, I got a call the next day to set up delivery, which was only 3 days later, and during Covid! The delivery arrived during the specified delivery window. The delivery person helpfully brought it down the very narrow stairs to our basement apartment, then refused the tip we offered him. Lovely to deal with a local company as well.

Amazing experience dealing with Vince from SF Woodbridge. Very knowledgeable and willing to take time for the customer. Took advantage of the sleep guarantee as I wasn't totally pleased with the firm mattress (no fault of the store). The swap was easy and hassle free. Highly recommend these guys.

After doing research and trying those highly marketed Mattress in Box gimmick, my partner and I decided to check out our local Mattress store out.. And no Not Sleep Co#@try. We went in and met Michael and he showed a similar mattress but something better in quality. It wasn't a box in a mattress but similar enough in price. We tried it out and we loved how it felt, firm unlike Capser and Endy as they were too soft and no core foam for support. The thing about those online mattress brand is that they do not disclose how many people have returned those soft foam mattress.What I enjoyed about our experience here was that Michael was able to give us options and the pro and cons of the mattress we tried. I went online and realized they were having a pillow sale so we decided to head back and met with Steven the owner of this particular Sleep Factory and he was great, friendly and humble. He will tell you everything that you need to know without the whole car dealership approach. We walked out with 2 sets of pillows and mattress cover because I genuine feel these guys truly earned my business. You cannot simply buy mattress online.. Go in and try it for yourself. Meet with your local mattress stores like Sleep Factory (there are multiple locations across the GTA) and yes they too offer free shipping on certain mattress with quality control. *PS. Support the Canadian economy, they have plenty Canadian made mattress here to choose from.
